Emplacement et vue exceptionnnels. Résidence calme. Parking privé trés appréciable. Parfait pour deux personnes. Appartement fonctionnel, bien équipé. Mériterait un petit rafraichissement en lien avec le coût du loyer. Par exemple, un seul transat rouillé et déchiré, proposé sur le balcon. Un second jeu de clés serait bienvenu.

Emplacement parfait pour aller à la plage face à l’appartement ,et le centre-ville est à 2pas ; on peut tout faire à pieds,l’emplacement de parking sécurisé est précieux.La jetée pour prendre le bateau est aussi en face .L’appartement est très confortable pour 2 personnes ,le point fort étant la grande terrasse pour les repas et la lecture

Appartement très fonctionnel et bien situé. Bien équipé, très propre, clair, et agréable pour nous deux. En bord de golfe et près de la jetée Thiers. Parking privé (un atout à Arcachon) , local vélos et grand balcon pour profiter des fins d après midi pendant cette période restrictive. Situation centrale, avec les Halles à proximité... nombreux commerces de plats préparés. Et malgré le couvre feu, nous avons pu profiter agréablement de nous vacances

Location très bien située et aménagée mais la nuit il fait chaud à l'intérieur et les fenêtres ouvertes c'est bruyant (voitures, jeunes la nuit sur la plage faisant la fête...) Une climatisation réglerait le problème.

Top Lage, aber Sauberkeit im App. fehlte!

Das App. war nur grob und oberflächlich sauber. Staub und Sand im Bett. Matratze war nicht zu benutzen. Haare und Schmutz von Vorgängern. Bettzeug wie Kopfkissen und Decke waren nicht gereinigt und rochen... Haben uns nur mit Lacken zugedeckt. Hatten eigene Kopfkissen gekauft.Wir haben nicht im Bett geschlafen, sondern auf dem Klappsofa.War aber völlig ok. Besteckkasten noch schmutzig mit Krümeln. Sonst super Lage mit traumhafter Aussicht. Parkplatz und Fahrradabstellraum sehr gut.
