The space
This is a ground-floor unit with a ramp from the parking lot for cooler and wheelchair access. **No Stairs... The laundry room is at the end of the hall. Cocunutz the Sport's bar is a quick 2-minute walk.
Guest access
Parking is right outside the unit, with no assigned spaces.

One $25 Resort/Parking pass is included in your stay as part of the cleaning fee. Please request any additional Parking passes needed at least 24 hours prior to your arrival. Each additional parking pass will be $25. Passes cannot be issued by security and must be issued only by contacting me prior to arrival.

Beaches-
From our unit, you’re only steps from the world-famous Hilton Head Island beach. Voted one of the world’s best beach destinations you won’t have to worry about traffic or parking once you arrive at Beach and Tennis. Just step outside your villa and smell the salt air. Hilton Head Island beach is blessed by a constant tidal movement which ensures our beach is always clean and uncluttered with seagrass and you’ll never see man-made clutter or trash. The vast beach at low tide is a beachcombers' dream, especially at sunrise or sunset.

Bike Rentals-
Rent your own beach cruiser without leaving the resort. There are over 100 miles of dedicated bike trails on Hilton Head Island with new paths being added each season. Take a map and get pedaling!

Gym-
Located at the Tennis Center we have a well-equipped indoor fitness center with aerobic equipment and universal weights. Fully air-conditioned and private the center is staffed and open from 8 AM until 5 PM daily.

Picnic & Grilling
Enjoy grilling your favorite BBQ outdoors in our grilling areas, picnic tables and seating are available. It’s a great way to end a beach day on Hilton Head Island.

Play Grounds-
The younger kids enjoy our playground area, which features climbing structures, slides, swing sets, a digger, a seesaw, and a rocking dinosaur. Next door to the playground is a half-court basketball court and tennis backboard for working on your strokes. Grills and picnic tables are nearby for family picnics.

Pools-
The island’s largest pool and kiddie pool are beachfront with views and sounds of the beach without the sand. Adjacent to Jamaica Joez beachfront eatery, you can sip your favorite beverage while dining outdoors, relaxing, and watching the kids. A second pool is next to Admiral’s Row complex for the days everyone wants in the water.

Tennis and Pickle Ball-
Hilton Head Beach & Tennis now offers Pickleball ‐ America’s fastest-growing game! This popular, fast-growing sport combines tennis, badminton, and table tennis and has become a favorite of both leisurely players and competitive athletes. Opponents rally back and forth using a whiffle ball and fiberglass or graphite paddles. Thanks to the smaller court and use of a whiffle ball, pickleball moves at a slower pace and is typically much easier on joints.
