Princeton is a fast growing and up and coming area, just next door to some of the top cities in DFW like Frisco and McKinney. I chose this neighborhood because it's growing very fast and pretty soon I think it will be one of the hot spots as people start to move away from overcrowded areas. One cool thing about Princeton is easy access to Lavon Lake and they have a lot of food trucks, something you don't really find anywhere except Downtown Dallas.
