Exclusive vacation apartment with harbor view - style, comfort and soul
The modern residential building was built in 2018 and is located in the center of Lauterbach, at a distance of only 100 meters to the harbor.
The center of the apartment is the spacious kitchen with dining area and balcony. The balcony runs from the bedroom across the entire front of the apartment to the kitchen and of course offers a seating opportunity.
The kitchen is fully equipped and leaves nothing to be desired (Internet radio, dishwasher, oven, ceramic hob, extractor hood, fridge - freezer, etc).
A massive wooden staircase leads to the modern studio and the other large roof terrace. In the studio a comfortable couch invites you to relax. In the evenings, thanks to the practical bed function, it can be turned into a comfortable bed and breakfast in no time at all. Special bonus: The sofa has a real mattress and a slatted frame for a comfortable sleeping comfort. The sofa bed with bed function is perfect for a little break during the day or as a comfortable place to stay for other guests. Similarly, a wing chair with stool potential to the favorite place for the reading corner or a peaceful retreat. Of course, the studio is equipped with a TV (55 inches).
The roof terrace is equipped with a cozy seating area and two deck chairs to relax. From the studio and the roof terrace you have a beautiful view over the harbor and the bay. The high window fronts (sliding elements) allow a lot of light incidence.
In the spacious bedroom, all furniture is made of light wild oak wood and radiates a friendly and comfortable atmosphere. An additional TV with internet connection is also available here.
The modern bathroom has a window and rain shower. A hairdryer is available.
There is a passenger elevator in the house and you get a free parking space directly at the house
We offer our guests W-Lan for free. In addition, you can use a washing machine and the drying room.
A linen package (sheets, towels) can be booked for a fee.
The rental price includes two new bicycles (28 inches).

Sehr gemütliche Ferienwohnung
Die Wohnung ist ideal für 2 Personen. Die Ausstattung ist perfekt, wir haben nichts vermisst. Besonders der Wohnbereich auf der Galerie ist sehr gemütlich mit der kleinen Leseecke.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung
Mein Mann und ich waren nach dem Lockdown die ersten Feriengäste in 2021. Ferienwohnung ist genauso toll wie beschrieben und wie auf den Fotos. Lauterbach ist ein ruhiger kleiner Ort mit perfekter Verkehrsanbindung, Rasender Roland und Linienschiff der Weissen Flotte fahren nur ein Katzensprung weit weg los, wobei seit dieser Saison die Fahrt mit dem Linienschiff mit Gästekarte gratis ist. Restaurants sind vorhanden. Das Wetter war super, wir hatten die bisher heißeste Woche in Deutschland. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder. Die Wohnung ist nur zu empfehlen.

Entspannter Urlaub in Wohlfühl-Atmosphäre
In der geschmackvoll und mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichteten Wohnung muss man sich einfach wohlfühlen! Auf der großen Terrasse incl. Strandkorb kann man das Frühstück genießen und den Abend gemütlich ausklingen lassen. Das Bad ist hervorragend ausgestattet,
die Regendusche ist ein Traum!
Auch für Unterhaltung bei schlechtem Wetter ist gesorgt, denn es gibt einen Netflix-Account.
Die Lage ist optimal, ruhig gelegen und dennoch zentral; Restaurants sowie Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und der Hafen sind bequem zu Fuß zu erreichen.
Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt und die Zeit sehr genossen.
