Très belle semaine de vacances

Très agréable appartement au deuxième et dernier étage, avec une grande terrasse offrant une vue sur le lac. On peut descendre en ville au bord du lac à travers le parc ou par une rue charmante. Très intéressantes visites aux alentours. Propriétaire chaleureuse.

Schöne Wohnung am Bodensee

Die Wohnung hat eine wunderbare Dachterrasse und biete alles, was man für einen erholsamen Aufenthalt benötigt. Die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern verlief bestens. Angenehm ist auch der Parkplatz direkt am Haus. Bäcker und Supermarkt sind schnell zu Fuß erreichbar.

Schöne Urlaubstage am Bodensee

Wir hatten ein paar schöne Tage in der Wohnung Seerelax1. Die Wohnung ist für zwei Personen ausreichend groß, besonders hervorzuheben ist die große Terrasse (mit teilw. Seeblick) die zur Wohnung gehört. Sauberkeit und Ausstattung sind perfekt. Der Ortskern ist auch zu Fuß gut zu erreichen. Die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern war einwandfrei. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Insgesamt schön, nur leider befindet sich die Wohnung in einer einer ziemlich hochgelegenen Wohngegend. Das Zentrum ist zwar fußläufig zu erreichen, allerdings nur mit beschwerlichem Auf- und Abstieg. Der Shuttlebus fährt nur eingeschränkt.

Herrlicher Aufenthalt

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt in unserer Ferienwohnung. Wie schon in einer anderen Bewertung erwähnt, ist der Platz vollkommen ausreichend für zwei Personen. Der Balkon ist eine Wucht. Wir hatten Glück mit dem Wetter, so dass wir im T-Shirt morgens auf dem Balkon Frühstücken konnten. Alles ist fußläufig erreichbar, so konnten wir unser Auto die meiste Zeit stehen lassen. Die Kommunikation mit unsren Vermietern war super. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Die Ferienwohnung ist ideal für zwei Personen. Sie ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Die Lage ist perfekt, die großzügige Dachterasse bietet einen sehr schönen Blick auf den Bodensee. Zu Fuß ist man in ca. 10 Minuten in der hübschen Innenstadt von Überlingen. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir kommen wieder!

Grundsätzlich entspricht die Wohnungsbeschreibung dem tatsächlich vorgefundenen Objekt. Die Vermieter sind sehr zuvorkommend, sodass wir die Kosten als sehr relativierend empfunden haben. Die zentrale Lage des Objekts kommt jedem Mieter für für eine autofreie Zeit entgegen. Die Ruhe in der Dachgeschosswohnung kann man jederzeit genießen.
