Ground floor: Living room 20 sqm and with 1 bunk bed, lounge and TV. The for 6 persons. You have access to the covered terrace with garden furniture, 1 table, 6 chairs, 2 sunloungers and porch swing. Kitchen 6 sqm and with dinette, dishwasher, electric cooker (ceramic stove top, 2 plates), refrigerator (120 l, freezer), microwave, coffee machine, toaster and electric water boiler. The dinette offers space for 6 persons. You have access to the terrace. Bathroom 3 sqm, not heatable and with with shower, shower, 1 washbasin, WC and window.
1st floor: Bedroom 12 sqm and with 1 double bed and 2 single beds. You have access to the loggia.
In addition, your holiday house is equipped with WLAN- internet access. TV or radio channel can be received per cable.

Gyenesdiás. The holiday home is located on a 350 sqm enclosed garden plot with lawn, flowers, shrubs and trees, bordered by a fence. The landlord only lives in the house occasionally, but uses a separate entrance. Access is via a side street. Parking (for 2 cars) on the property and on the street in front of the house.
