Apartment in the old hamlet where the restaurant is located and about 500 meters from the farmhouse and swimming pool.
The 70 sqm apartment, on the first floor, extends over two floors and has four beds in two bedrooms (with double bed or Single beds). It has a bathroom with shower, living room and kitchen. Satellite TV is available, air conditioning.

The price includes gas, water, electricity, bed linen and towels, final cleaning, Wi-Fi included. Welcome surprise in the high season that the farmhouse offers.
Not included and to be paid on the spot: Refundable security deposit € 100, heating € 5 / mc. Tourist tax € 1 / person / day, max. 6 days, children under 14 years free.

This beautiful vineyard and resort dominates a beautiful landscape of vineyards, olive groves, corn fields and cypress trees that are typical of Tuscany, especially the Florentine hills of Montespertoli. The farmhouse from the 15th It stretches over 500 hectares and produces 6 different types of wine and olive oil. For this reason, this property creates all the characteristics of the Tuscan countryside and offers an ideal location for a completely relaxing holiday.

We have 16 apartments in several old barns and restored cottages. 2 apartments are located in the farmhouse next to the pool (14x7, open from May to October), 10 are located in the small hamlet where the restaurant is located, 500 meters from the pool. Another 4 apartments are located in another farmhouse 200 meters from the restaurant and the pool. The apartments are furnished with special care to the comfort of the guests.
The farmhouse organizes wine tasting tours as well as a visit to the cellar.
On the estate guests will also find a small museum of old cars ".

At guests' disposal a barbecue, internet wi-fi connection, washing machine, children's playground.

The location is ideal for visiting most art centers such as Florence, Pisa, Lucca, Siena, San Gimignano and Volterra.

The internet is a pain. You have to login many times per day because your device is permanently outlocked and your are from time to time kicked out of the wifi connection so you have lock in again. That was realy awfull because I have several newspapers on my tablet

Rustikale Wohnung in einem schönem Weingut mit Pool, in dem uns jedoch nichts gefehlt hat. Die angebotene Weinprobe ist sehr zu empfehlen. Für Fragen standen die Damen von der Rezeption zu den Öffnungszeiten zur Stelle. Zwei authentische und leckere Restaurants in fußläufiger Nähe, wo viele Italiener anzutreffen waren.

Es war super genial. Die herrliche Lage ermöglichte viele Ausflüge, um die Toskana noch besser kennenzulernen. Tolle Gastgeber - einer herrlichen Weinverkostung durften wir beiwohnen. Schöner Aufenthalt

Sehr schöner Aufenthalt mit schönem Ausblick über die Weinberge. Wohnung war wie auf den Bildern und gut ausgestattet. Freundliche und unkomplizierte Betreuung durch die Besitzerin, sehr gute Weinführung/-probe. Lage ist sehr ländlich, aber trotzdem zentral für Tagesausflüge nach Florenz, Lucca, Pisa, Siena. Gutes Restaurant direkt nebenan.
