JAZZ HOUSE BY THE RIVER

After a long period of work, our newly renovated accommodation is now ready.
The house is Bj 1900, ehm. Bakery, now a modern holiday home where up to 14 people can relax.

The living room

Built in 1900 and renovated 05/2019 firsch "Jazz House by the river" is located in the quiet village Zorge.
The 210sqm house has an open character that extends over 3 floors.
On the ground floor is the open kitchen with dining area, living room with fireplace and piano, guest toilet and bathroom with shower.
On the 1st floor there is another bathroom with shower and 3 bedrooms. Bedroom no. 2 is connected to a children's room with bunk beds.
A staircase leads to the light-flooded 2 OG with 2 other bedrooms.

The garden is fenced and borders the river Zorge.
A large garden table with chairs for 14 pers., The porch swing and the barbecue invite you to barbecue and chilling.
A nice place for a nice holiday!
After 22. 00 o'clock may speak only quietly on the terrace and in the garden.
The house is not suitable for parties.

PLEASE REMEMBER THAT THE DOUBLE BEDS ARE 140x200cm and 180x200cm

Tourist tax / spa contributions

The resort fee is per night in the integrated municipality Walkenried:

Adult € 0.90, child under 7 years € 0.00, child 7-18 years € 0.45
In the case of a family, at most three persons are used to calculate the spa contribution.
Thus, a family pays a maximum of 2.25 € / per night.

From the spa contribution are exempt:
1. Children until the completion of the 6th Year of life,
2. one in four and more persons of a family,
5th Handicapped persons whose abatement capacity is 100% H. is,
6th Accompanying persons of severely handicapped, the according to official ID completely on
dependent on constant attendance,
7. bedridden patients or other persons who are unable to access the tourist facilities
to use.

Access for guests

For the leisurely hours, there is a record collection with turntables, as well as a great cozy fireplace. A nice evening with your loved ones is now nothing in the way.
