Nice Place, Great Location, Management Company Lacking Customer Service
The condo was very nicely appointed, and the location was great. For the most part, it was clean, however I did find mouse droppings during our stay, which was a bit unsettling. There were some minor things that needed repair (drywall in the bedroom) that made it seem a bit rundown. We did not spend a lot of time in the unit, so none of these things were a huge deal. My main issue is the response I received from the management company when I shared my concerns about the mice:
“On the 3rd floor? Meaning 2nd floor above the carport. That's pretty odd for that to occur that high and in the middle of the complex. These units have pest control monthly. We've messaged serval times since your arrival last week. That's definitely odd that you would see something the night before you leave. We'll reach out to pest control to have them do a recheck. Thanks for reaching out, Coastal Carolina Property Group”
This reads to me that they think I was fabricating the situation to scam them, and I was not even requesting any sort of discount/reduced rate. The whole interaction was very disappointing. I will probably not book with them again.
