this is not a home for somebody who is not fit as there are 3 staircases on 3 levels . If you are fit l its should be ok. washer and dryer were not working. pillows were awful and lumpy. But over all, the dishes and glasses and supplies were nice and having 2 bathrooms was a plus. there was no toaster or microwave but there was a grill on the stove. on backside there were several restaurants and a nice walkway by the river which was pleasant. freezer had no icecubes so I filled a tupperware with water to freeze then hacked it into ice bits. On a very busy and noisy street in the front of house, but didnt bother me other than trying to drive out from the parking.

Das Haus ist ganz wunderbar, nahe an der Mosel, kurze Wege in die Stadt, nach Zurlauben und als Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge ideal. Man muss sich über die Nähe zur Hauptverkehrsstrasse im Klaren sein. Check In, Kontakt zum Vermieter alles sehr problemlos. Es fehlte an nichts in der Ausstattung. Alles sehr liebevoll eingerichtet.

Schöne Tage im schönen Trier in einem schönen Haus

Gemütliches schönes Haus, es sieht alles im Haus so aus wie auf den Photos. Es liegt aber nicht direkt an der Mosel sondern in der zweiten Reihe, sind aber nur 50m bis zur Mosel. . Fussläufig zu der Innenstadt.

Fahrradtouren

Die Lage am Moselradweg, war ideal um unsere Touren zu starten und Einkäufe im Supermarkt zu erledigen. So gab es jeden Morgen frische Brötchen. Bei schlechterem Wetter, haben wir uns bei Besichtigungen mit der Stadtgeschichte beschäftigt. Die Gastgeberin hatte dazu einen tollen Leitfaden zusammengestellt, Danke dafür. Die Einrichtung des Hauses ist sehr nett und gemütlich!

Spannender Urlaub in Trier

Wir haben in Trier einen sehr interessanten und abwechslungsreichen Urlaub erlebt. Trotz der Hitze haben wir viel Verschiedenes unternommen: Stadtspaziergänge und Rundfahrten, Schifffahrt, Museumsbesuche, Multimediaevents, Konzert, Schwimmbad. Unser sehr angenehmes, grosszügig eingerichtetes Feriendomizil haben wir sehr geschätzt. Der Urlaub hätte gern noch länger dauern können.

Sehr schönes Haus in toller Umgebung

Lokale, die Mosel praktisch direkt vor der Haustür. Im die Innenstadt nur 10 Minuten zu Fuß. Ein Parkplatz war kostenlos vor dem Haus, das andere Auto haben wir im Parkhaus der barmherzigen Brüder abgestellt. Nur 5 Minuten entfernt und mit 12 € Tagespreis völlig in Ordnung. Sehr netter Email Kontakt mit der Vermieterin. Im Haus war alles vorhanden was man so braucht, wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt.

Aangenaam met een ruw randje.

Ruim verblijf, mooie woonkamer (maar hebben we weinig gebruikt), bovenste slaapkamer zou airco kunnen gebruiken en WC/doucheruimte is zo-zo en ik zou de verlichting aanpassen in deze wasruimte en de kamer (verblindende LED). Andere slaapkamer is goed/mooi met naastgelegen mooie badkamer (bad helaas buiten gebruik wegens lekkage). Keuken ruim met alle gewenste apparatuur. Vond wel dat er veel vliegen waren in deze ruimte. Misschien komt dit door de nabij gelegen restaurants. Ik zou de deur aanpassen zodat deze alleen actief op slot gedaan kan worden en niet automatisch dicht kan vallen (met sleutel binnen). Parkeren goed geregeld (1 auto). Leuke locatie vlak bij de Moesel met fiets-, wandel-, eet- en drinkgelegenheden en op loop/fietsafstand van centrum Trier. Wel erg veel verkeerslawaai (we hebben o.a. in 1 week meer sirenes gehoord dan in de afgelopen 5 jaar elders). Tips: Meer schaduw creëren in de zitruimte buiten; Iets aanbrengen bovenop de muur op verkeerslawaai te weren.

Sehr schönes Objekt in bester Stadt- und Flusslage

Das Haus liegt wenige Meter von der Mosel entfernt an einer vielbefahrenen Bundesstraße. Aufgrund des vorgelagerten öffentlichen Parkplatzes und des abgezäunten Hofbereiches ist der Lärmpegel aber sehr gering. Bis zur Porta Nigra dauert es 10 Minuten zu Fuß. Umliegend gibt es mehrere Gaststätten und zum Bäcker ist man ebenfalls nicht länger als 10 Minuten unterwegs. Die Küchenausstattung ist üppig und hochwertig. Im Außenbereich befindet sich ein Tisch mit Stühlen. Hier könnten Sitzauflagen und Sonnenschutz den Komfort verbessern. Der Kontakt zur Vermieterin war immer freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Mooi huis in Trier

Prachtig, comfortabel huis. Direct om de hoek vond je de boulevard langs de Moezel met diverse restaurants. Ook slechts op kwartiertje lopen van centrum Trier. Parkeren voor de deur. Ook electrische laadpalen. Enige nadeel is de zeer drukke doorgaande weg die voor het huis langs loopt. Daar heb je in huis geen last van, maar je hoort het verkeer wel goed op het plaatsje buiten.

Verlängertes Wochenende - Städtetrip

Das Haus liegt sehr zentral in unmittelbarer Nähe der Mosel mit Schiffsanleger. In die Stadtmitte sind es etwa 15 Minuten zu Fuß. Als Ausgang für einen Städtetrip ist das Haus ideal. Eine Hauptbundesstraße geht vor dem Haus vorbei, die man aber im Haus nicht wahrnimmt, außer wenn die Fenster geöffnet sind bzw. man vor dem Haus sitzt. Die beiden Schlafzimmer sind groß und geräumig und haben eine direkte Verbindung zun Bad. Das Wohnzimmer biete genügend Platz für einen Fernsehabend. Die Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht und der Essbereich bietet ausreichend Platz. Der Parkplatz für ein Fahrzeug direkt vor dem Haus ist hervorragend und gerade bei Ankunft und Abreise sehr praktisch. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und haben eine schöne Zeit in Trier verbracht.

Een luxe huis in een historische stad

Op loopafstand van het centrum hebben we genoten van de luxe, smaakvolle inrichting van dit huis. Binnen 100 meter zit je op een lekker terras aan de Moezel waarbij je volop keuze hebt uit diverse restaurants. Als je wilt kun je zelf koken, waarvoor alle materialen ook qua serviezen volop voorhanden zijn. De kunst in het hele huis is een warme aanrader.
