buena ubicación

Junto a la playa, con vistas al mar. Cerca de lugares de interés para visitar en coche. Muy útil el aparcamiento privado. Las sabanas y toallas no están incluidas en el precio, y echamos en falta más vasos y tazas normales, sólo había de tamaño pequeño.

Het adres is ..., Place de la Bonance. Dit adres staat op geen enkel document. Via google street view gevonden en gelukkig zelf goed voorbereid. De routebeschrijving die we per mail ontvingen stopt bij 'Rue du Beaupré' en de routebeschrijving die we op zondag (kantoor gesloten) ophaalden bevatte een route naar een andere locatie in Gruissan... Gelukkig was de sleutel wel de juiste. Op dat moment is er geen support. Meubels : bed(kader) is doorgezakt gordijn terrasraam is voor de helft weg

Keine Wohnung zum Wohlfühlen

Sicherlich besticht die Wohnung mit Ihrer Lage und dem Privatparkplatz vor dem Haus. Leider ist diese völlig in die Jahre gekommen und total schmutzig. Es riecht muffig, ganz abgesehen von dem Gestank auf der Toilette, die wie aus den 50er Jahren wirkte. Der Matratzenschoner war voller schwarzer Haare, das Kinderbett rostet, der Couchtisch kaputt. Ein Balkon ist voller Unkraut zugewachsen. Nach 14 Stunden Fahrt mussten wir erst einmal eine Grundreinigung durchführen.

Nécessiterait un coup de jeune

Appartement avec belle pièce de vie et belle vue sur l etang les équipements nécessiteraient toutefois une amélioration car ils sont un peu vétustes le four devrait être changé ainsi que le canapé et attention ce n'est pas vraiment un trois pièces l'une des chambre est une toute petite pièce d environ 4 M2 avec des lits superposés qui ne pourront être utilisés que par des enfants ou des adolescents Un bon point pour InterHome qui dès que vous avez un problème vient tout de suite réparer

Au niveau de l’appartement il est idéalement placé ..!! Mais le seul hic c’est le matériel un peu vieillissant comme la plaque à induction qui ne veux plus s’éteindre..!! Un manque de ventilateur aussi..!! A part ça on était bien merci

Emplacement bien

La pile de la télécommande pour ouvrir le portail de la résidence était HS à notre arrivée, il a fallu revenir à l'agence. Cafetière fendue et pomme de douche à changer. Trace de poussière sur le sol à notre arrivée.

Confortable et jolie vue

Très satisfait de notre séjour. Appartement spacieux, bien équipé (lave-vaisselle) et confortable. Accès direct à la plage et terrasse avec très belle vue sur l'étang du Grazel. Le tout pour un tarif compétitif. S'il faut vraiment trouver des points négatifs: - contrairement aux autres pièces, la chambre avec lits superposés est minuscule (mais suffisante pour dormir). - un grille-pain, un sèche-cheveux et un tapis de bain seraient appréciés - le lot de couvertures pourrait être renouvelé

Je suis venue avec les 4 enfants, ils veulent y retourner. La vue sur la mer. Tout a proximité. L'appartement est bien équipé. L'appartement me manque.
