The condo comfortably sleeps 8 and is great for two small families with children, or one family traveling with the grandparents!
Enjoy coffee on the balcony with sweeping views from Buffalo Mountain, over the town of Silverthorne and across to Lake Dillon.
The kitchen has been lovingly updated and stocked with all you need to cook at home.
Bedrooms and bathrooms are updated and stocked with basic toiletries, linens, towels, hair dryers, and closet space with hangers.
For those traveling with small children we offer a high chair, infant bath chair and pack n' play!
The loft upstairs has twin bunks and two twin beds, as well as a cozy play nook with a TV, bean bag chairs and integrated headphones for kids movies!
Enjoy the gas fireplace and TV with Dish/Roku/DVD player after a long day of skiing or hiking.
The clubhouse is just a stroll down the boardwalk - or a quick drive around the corner. Enjoy the indoor pool, hot tubs, sauna, lounge and arcade, outdoor grill area, and tennis courts!
Our building has a small coin laundry in the basement, and the clubhouse features a larger laundry facility. We're happy to offer laundry baskets to make that mid-week load a little easier.
You'll have access the entire condo space, 2 reserved parking spaces, and access to the guest clubhouse.
Other things to note
Ours is a third-floor condo without an elevator. The condo is accessed by two flights of carpeted, covered stairs. Please keep this in mind for guests with limited mobility.
Like most spots in Summit County, our building does not have air conditioning. The elevation (9000 ft) and lack of humidity keeps things nice and cool! We do provide box fans in the bedrooms.
We love dogs, but only owners' pets are permitted by building regulations. Although the space is cleaned extensively before each guest, if you are highly sensitive to dogs, this may not be the property for you.
Smoking of any kind is not permitted. Smoking accessories or smoke odor will be noted by our cleaning staff and may be grounds for forfeiture of the security deposit.
Two unreserved permitted parking spaces are available to you throughout your stay - all cars must be registered with the HOA upon check-in. The registration link will be provided to you on the day of your reservation.
