Beautiful bright Berlin city apartment, 4 rooms, bathroom and guest toilet. Small courtyard with sandpit and sunny south-west facing balcony overlooking the top of the Fernseturms. (Berlin Feeling). Top located, all TRAM lines in front of the door, beach Weißensee 7 minutes walk away. Cafes and restaurant within walking distance.
The apartment is suitable for families as well as for couples or friends. No parties, no fitter flat etc.
