We had such a wonderful trip. The house had plenty of space for our family of 4. We cooked several meals and the house had everything we needed. My favorite part was relaxing on the front porch as the neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful. The house is located close to several attractions. Listing was accurate. No complaints and we can’t wait to come back!
Great location, quiet neighborhood, short drive to everything! House was as listed, comfortable beds and plenty of room. I would definitely stay here again. Also, no long list of things we needed to do before leaving like some places, so great!
Excellent accommodations. First class home and first class hosts. Recommend to couples or families. Host couple are eager to make your stay the best. See you again soon!
My family of 5 had a great stay at this property for spring break. Our older teens liked the ride in/ride out access to the Northwoods Trail system. Close proximity to the National Park & Mid-America Science Museum was a plus. Highly recommend.
Beautiful area, clean home. Had a nice stay. There was a miscommunication when we first arrived but I was able to immediately reach the hosts and resolve it. I appreciate their quick reply.
Everything was as described and very clean! We had some issues with the car charger not working, but the owners were quick to respond and fix it! Very responsive! Perfect location in quiet neighborhood, and close to bathhouses and Oaklawn. Driveway is long and narrow, so watch your tires!
This darling house is in a quiet neighborhood away from the crowds and noise of the historic district yet just a short drive away. We felt safe in the neighborhood. The house had everything we needed for our stay and the host were quick to answer any questions. The beds were so very comfortable we wanted to take them home with us. I highly recommend the Dawson.
I rarely leave reviews but I’m also usually disappointed by the real life appearance vs the photos you see online. The Dawson was SUPER clean and just as stylish as it appears on the listing. They owners were super quick to respond with questions upon booking and provided perfect instructions for easy check in and out. The location is super close to anything you might need and just minutes away from downtown Hot Springs. We would absolutely stay here again and I highly recommend anyone stay at this gem of a home!
All four of us were comfortable and enjoyed our time in this sweet home. We were on motorcycles, so the drive under carport was a huge plus.
Our only complaint was the extremely hot weather. Heat index was 108 on one particular day, but the air condition in the home was a great reprieve!
We recommend the home to anyone who is looking. We do recommend taking a few extra towels.
Hello! We're Dawn + Jason, a young-ish couple that decided to move out of Chicago in 2018 and hit the road to live full-time in our RV while experiencing all the things America has to offer! On our quest to visit all 50 states, we stumbled upon Hot Springs National Park and quickly fell in love. Once we accomplished our mission in 2021, we decided to plant roots here in this lovely, unique town. Now, it's our pleasure to invite you into our home so that you can get a taste of Spa City, too.
