Corner lot with wraparound covered front porch in desirable Bluffton Park. Bedrooms upstairs and large, cozy living areas downstairs perfect for gathering. Private, fenced backyard with grill and new deck provide more outside space for you and doggies. Home has been almost completely updated from flooring, appliances, countertops and lighting in 2022.
There are 3 outside blink cameras - none inside for security.

Pleasant House in an adorable neighborhood

The house itself met all our expectations. However, my husband would of enjoyed coffee and it was not supplied. No salt & pepper either, but a great kitchen minus some helpful daily items. Also owner changed the rules on pets on property. She called and said no pets could be unattended. I would not have booked if that was the case and wish that was communicated on the description of the property regarding pets. You must come and go through a side door which does not have cement paving up to it. It had rained and the ground was muddy and wet so to go in and out of was not ideal and then get in the car with grass & mud on your shoes. I would of preferred to go in and out through the front door but that access was not provided from the start Otherwise it was a nice house and we enjoyed it besides the inconveniences stated above.

Great House! Great Location!

We loved staying here. The house is walking distance to Old Town Bluffton and in a wonderful neighborhood. Working with Serena was super easy. We would stay here again and again.

Perfect little vacation getaway

We stayed in Bluffton to visit friends that own a townhome nearby for the week of 4th of July. The house was perfect and had everything we needed. The beds were also very comfortable. We will definitely rent this house again. Super cute and close to everything! :-)

The Lowcountry is my favorite place,and I try and make it back periodically to visit the marshes, beaches, golf courses and restaurants. I travel for work now and wish to share my home with you.

Why they chose this property

Beautiful beach inspired corner lot home in downtown, historical Bluffton, SC. The home is situated close enough to walk to neighborhood amenities including a lovely neighborhood pool, children's parks, soccer and baseball fields, and a nice dog park. There is plenty of room to gather in the large living room and adjoining open dining room while preparing meals in the beautiful kitchen with everything one needs at hand. Enjoy the front wrap around porch for morning coffee or beverages to end a fun filled day from the hustle but close enough to stroll the sidewalks to all the shops, restaurants and dining and the May River it has to offer. Hilton Head and all it has to offer is just a short drive away!

My affordable home boasts the ability to be near Hilton Head while enjoying a small town feel in historic Bluffton. you are within walking distance everything, the use of a pool, parks, shopping, dining, and the river. Walk to the Farmer's Market on Thursdays, grab a coffee from local shop, maybe an ice cream cone on a summer day, enjoy the local antique shops and galleries, picnic at the new waterfront park next to the historic Church of the Cross nearby....That's pretty special.
