Welcome to Travemünde.

Here you have the opportunity to rent an apartment with a central location, terrace and beach chair.

A newly renovated apartment will be offered in spring 2019. The apartment has a Mediterranean flair and has been modernly furnished. All rooms have been designed bright and spacious and offer a pleasant stay for young and old.

The living room
The terrace has a beach chair that can be used freely and offers enough space for a family of 4.
The terrace faces south and offers pure sun.

Access for guests
Access to the apartment is via a key safe. You will receive the number combination and location from me before your arrival. With the key you can enter the apartment via the terrace.
Within the apartment you have free access to the kitchen, bedroom, hallway and living room area as well as to the terrace. There is a shed on the terrace. This is private and not accessible to guests.

Interaction with guests
You can reach me by phone. If I don't answer the phone, I will get back to you as soon as possible. Another alternative is contact via WhatsApp and SMS.

Durchaus geeignete Ferienwohnung

Lage der FeWo ist gut, ca. 500 Meter zum Einkaufsmarkt, ca. 1000 Meter zum Strand oder anders herum zum Hafen - mit dem Fahrrad in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen. Für max. 2 Personen zu empfehlen, dafür auch ausreichend ausgestattet. Jeder Zeit war eine nette und zielorientierte Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter möglich, Betreuung vor Ort war auch gegeben. Abwertung erfolgt durch Schrankbetten, die bei der kleinsten Bewegung "knetern", dazu keine gute Beleuchtung zum Lesen.

Gerne wieder.....

Eine Woche war ich beruflich in Travemünde. Hatte mir die Wohnung ausgesucht, da ich fußläufig meine Arbeitsstelle erreichen konnte. Zur Strandpromenade sind es ca. 15 Minuten zu Fuß. Die Wohnung ist sehr nett. Für mich als Einzelperson natürlich ausreichend groß aber auch super geeignet für 2 Personen. Es ist alles vorhanden. Voll ausgestattete Küche, Essecke, w-lan... Gut gefallen hat mir der Zugang über die Terrasse, direkt vom eigenen Parkplatz hinterm Haus. Bei gutem Wetter lädt die Terrasse mit Tisch/Stühle und Strandkorb zum Verweilen ein. Die Wohnung ist nett eingerichtet und es gibt nichts, was ich vermisst habe. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter ging reibungslos und wirklich sehr schnell von statten. Die Wohnung ist rundherum empfehlenswert.

Gute Lage, bis Ortsmitte ca. 15 Min Fußweg.

Ruhige Lage , da von der Straße abgewandten Seite des Hauses. Für 2 Personen gut , für 4 Personen nicht zu empfehlen .

Die Lage der Fewo war gut, Strand und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten waren schnell mit dem Fahrrad zu erreic

Aus der Anzeige ging nicht hervor, das z.B. keine Nachttischlampen vorhanden waren, so konnte man sich nicht in Ruhe mit einem Buch zurückziehen,.Ausserdem. waren im Schlafzimmer Schrankbetten ! Ich finde in einem separaten Schlafraum gehören auch richtige Betten. Mfg
