Great location for our needs. Loved the home

The home was great. Two things I wasn’t happy with was (1) no shoes indoors (2) food allowed only in the kitchen area. These were brought to our attention after we arrived. They seemed unrealistic and took away from the “At home “ vibe. This being said it was a great stay!

A Great Nashville Property!

This property suited our needs very well. It was clean, very comfortable, and matched the online description well. I especially appreciated its fantastic location. Perfectly located to access freeways quickly and is just minutes from downtown. It was also quiet, and we slept great! I loved that the A/C was easy to use (not on a timer). The owner was very easy to communicate with and very attentive.

Better than advertised

This location exceeded our expectations. We are a family of 7 and the living space was big enough to congregate together, but still had spots were you could have alone time. The property was in consistent contact to make sure that we were having a favorable experience and responded to messages in a timely manner. Will definitely be returning if/when we return to Nashville.

The house/apartment was fine. We didn't realize it was three stories. Which wasn’t a problem. It was just difficult to bring our stuff in and those stairs we rough after a long day lol. It was a cute property. The balcony had an adorable wall for the perfect photo op. The place wasn’t very clean so when we got there we felt like we needed to. There was a lot of dirt on the floor and walls. The bathroom on the main floor next to the kitchen had a lot of dirt in it in general. The vent on the floor had random pieces of stuff hanging out of it. When we went the use the dishes they had some residue of old food so we had to wash them before using it. We were nervous about using the stuff in the house because we were unsure about how clean it was. There was old spider webs in most of the corners of the kitchen. When we were trying to turn the lights on most of the bulbs were out or not even in the socket. None of these things are necessarily a big deal but when you add them up all together it just a bit uncomfortable. We had some issues with the parking. It says there’s plenty of space to park in the description. We parked next to the specific place we were staying and someone threatened to have our cars towed. Not the renters fault we just didn’t know where to park. When we reached out to the renter we were told to park in places that were labeled no parking. Again it’s not a big deal we just wanted to do what we should to not cause any issues.

A TRULY MAGNIFICENT PLACE TO STAY AT..

I booked this property online and told my wife afterwards we are headed to Nashville.. She said why not a hotel; I told her jokingly you wanted a 5 star place well I got you something better.. We got there and me and my family were truly " WOWED".. The place was fantastic. Nothing short of 5 stars and I actually got more than I bargained for as I thought the place was small.. Having three floors was more than I can handle. It was just awesome and I will definitely be recommending you to others.... Nashville here I come again sometime in the summer and 844 Cherokee Ave #4 will be my place to stay... Truly a magical stay.. Thanks Julian and team
