This top-floor one bedroom unit and large ensuite (soaker tub), fully-equipped kitchen, private deck and conveniently located right on Craig Bay - ocean front property. Seasonal water sports available, private Pickleball courts, indoor pool, indoor hot tub and outdoor hot tub! Perfect for a couples getaway, family gathering to just reconnect with nature and recharge!!! The many trails along the ocean will keep the family busy and satisfied as your explore the property.

This unit is equipped with everything you will need on your vacation and more! Sleeps three adults comfortably - if you need more room, check out the adjoining studio suite - listing number 2895725 - that is the combo of A Unit & B Unit.

There is an on-site restaurant called Pacific Moon Rising Bar & Grill - westcoast fusion - 250-468-0474 - check for a happy hour and other specials. And a full-service spa called Aqua Terra Spa & Salon - 250-468-0474. These are both located in the main building to the right as your drive in. Same building as the pool, hot tub and gym.

This unit is NOT affected by the BC Government restrictions on short-term rental in the province of British Columbia. Your reservation will be safe and accepted.

Best VRBO So Far

A clean, comfortable condo with all the amenities and a spectacular view. Easy access via elevator, plenty of convenient parking, lovely large balcony. Kim is congenial and easy to contact. We will be back.

Winter Vacation near Parksville BC

My husband and I had a lovely two-week stay in Kim's condo. The pictures of the unit were accurate. It's a bright, light 4th floor unit with a wonderful view, a resident crane, easy parking, a king bed, and an elevator. It has all the comforts of home. Kim is organized, and the condo has everything to make your stay both comfortable and convenient. The grounds of the complex are well tended with a waterfront trail and viewing decks with comfy chairs. The facilities on the property include a fitness room, pool, hot tub, and a great restaurant- Pacific Moon. It has a great view, a pleasant Happy Hour crowd, and prime-rib dinners on Saturday night with live music. The condo is convenient to Parksville, several beaches, and local provincial parks with beachfront trails and promenades. All said, it is a great place to vacation even in February.
