Located on the Mayo Peninsula & just a few minutes away from access to beach & nature parks, marinas, fishing piers & local restaurants. Perfect place to stay for weddings at London Town & Gardens which is a 12 minute drive from the property. Downtown Annapolis is a 23 minute drive.

The house is located directly waterfront on Whitemarsh Creek on 4 acres with an amazing pool and fenced in backyard.

The kitchen is stocked with features such as viking stove, subzero refrigerator and wine cooler. Off of the kitchen is the aptly named Maryland Suite which was named after the Maryland crest engraved into the stone fireplace. The Maryland Suite has a seating area as well as a full bathroom and a king size bed.

On the left wing of the house there is the Billiards Room containing a slate pool table and a workspace. The Garden Room is situated next to the Billiards room which includes a seating area and access to the greenhouse.

Upstairs are two guest bedrooms, one king and one queen, and a king master suite with an ensuite bathroom and small seating area. There is full bathroom in the hallway with a combination tub/shower and a small laundry closet.

Downstairs in the basement is the perfect kids recreational room. It includes a lounging couch for watching movies, a ping pong table, one queen bedroom, and one bedroom with two twin beds. There is also a full bathroom in the basement.

In the garage we have exercise equipment, a fully stocked arcade room and a bunk room with 7 beds.
