Incredibly well-equipped home with great finish-out and amenities. Proximity to Austin, SoCo, Zilker Park, Barton Springs, etc. can't be beat. Host was incredibly responsive and helpful. My only caution is to be sure you read the listing fully - they clearly publish that the unit is underneath their home - we missed this point when booking (our fault), but the loud footsteps from above us was definitely noticeable and pretty constant during daytime hours. Overall a great stay.

Stayed there for F1 Weekend in Austin and after a long day of over-stimulation it was a an ideal space to retreat to and power back up. The walks are amazing and just out the back door. Worth noting (and I believe others have as well) you are under the family home and can hear activity through the ceiling for about an hour or so in the morning. Early risers and sound sleepers shouldn't have a problem - but worth keeping in mind. Overall - a gracious space we'd like to return to again.
