Welcome to our stylish and brightly furnished single-family holiday home on the Great Sea. Enjoy a clear view of the lake, the beach, the vastness, wind and weather. About 90sqm is open living with comfortable corner seat dining area, high quality fitted kitchen, and a sofa lounge area with fireplace for relaxed evening hours. Due to the increased construction of the house, the water view can be enjoyed even from the sofa. The house is not barrier free. 2 bedrooms, bathroom with underfloor heating and bath, 1 terrace, 1 loggia, surrounding jetty and jetty. Our guests can use a paddle boat and a rowing boat for free (seasonal approx. April-October). The large garden is aligned to the south side, fenced and offers a sandpit, playhouse with slide and swings also a cozy place to relax in the hammock, and a brick barbecue. A special place to unwind.
