The Incognito #3 is located in a historic building built in the 1940's that was originally a mechanic shop. This unit is fully equipped. This is a brand new unit just finished. Included is a 2 Bedroom (1 King, 1 Queen), 1 Bath ( Shower / Bath tub), Oven, Refrigerator, Dishwasher, Microwave, Full sized Washer/Dryer.

The space:
The Incognito #3 is located on the ground floor so there are no stairs to climb. Fully furnished kitchen, 2 bedrooms (1 King ) (1 Queen), Bathroom with Shower / bathtub, 12 foot ceilings, common great room, washer and dryer in unit.
Other things to note

* Just as a note, the train tracks are located to the east. So you might hear the train occasionally. Also of note, most all of the AirBNB's in the Downtown Area are located so that you will hear the train. It is just one of the unique aspects of Downtown Laurel.

This is a great location and the property is large. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will book again when visiting Laurel. A quick walk to the shops and restaurants downtown, so you can leave your car unless you want it to stash all of your treasures in as you shop Laurel!

Incognito was the perfect location. We walked all over downtown Laurel, shopped, and ate ourselves silly. The privacy of our own place was delightful, and Incognito was adorable. It was an amazing girls’ trip.

Laurel Life is good!

Fun location, close to everything in downtown Laurel MS. The downtown is developing and growing. This little bungalow was perfect for my wife and I on our fall trip back to Tuscaloosa. Everything was perfect and we couldn't ask for anything more.

This place is top notch. From the fantastic decor to the super comfortable beds…A+. Was great meeting Eric and definitely hope to cross paths again. If you are looking for a great place with the best location, this is it. Look no further. Probably took us a whole minute and a half to walk to Scotsman General store, laurel mercantile, scent library, etc …all things Home Town.

Close to everything

The Incognito 3 was AWESOME! My wife and I stayed there a few weeks back and loved the close proximity to the historical district of Laurel. We literally parked our rental car and walked everywhere we went. Furthermore, our host, Eric, was a great guy, easy to get ahold of and being from Laurel, he was a wealth of information regarding where to go, what to do, and so on. I highly, highly recommend the Incognito 3; my wife and I plan on staying there again when we go back.

The Incognito is a unique and quite beautiful home away from home. My husband and I stayed along with his sister and her husband, so having two bedrooms was key, and they offered just enough privacy. The kitchen and living rooms are one open space with a bar separating the two. We didn’t miss having a dining table because the counter was large enough to accommodate all 4 of us comfortably, whether we were having a snack or a full dinner. The kitchen was stocked with basics and had enough pots and pans to do our own cooking. The sectional and mattresses were comfy and the place was stylishly decorated. There is a train that runs nearby regularly, but it wasn’t bothersome, and in fact we came to look forward to it chugging by. There is a dollar store steps away in case you forgot something, and town is only a couple minutes walk. We only had one issue while we were there. The refrigerator stopped working, and Eric immediately brought a new one so we didn’t lose any food. We had a terrific time in Laurel and felt that The Incognito fit right in with the hip Hometown vibe quite well.

The Incognito 3 was super cute, well decorated, spacious, and located in the heart of Laurel. The living area was huge and prefect for my family to hang out, eat, and watch tv. The host was friendly, timely with communication, and informative. He recommended a great place to eat and we loved it. I only gave the cleanliness a 4 because there were a lot of spiderwebs in the window seals and a few in the kitchen. Overall, my family and I enjoyed our stay here and would definitely come back.

Clean 2 bedroom with no stairs. Beds were very comfortable. Only there one night, nice to have coffee supplies on hand so didn’t have to go out.All that we wanted to do/see was within walking distance.Host communication regarding check in/out easy to follow.
