Happy Baltic Sea, Happy Holidays in beautiful Franzburg

Our lovingly renovated house is located in the hinterland, not far from the Baltic Sea. If you are looking for a relaxing holiday, you will find it here and still, thanks to the very good transport links within 15 minutes by car in Stralsund, 20 minutes on Rügen or in 30 minutes on the Dars. In the village there is an Edeka, doctors, a pharmacy, several playgrounds and an ice cream parlor with the best soft ice cream on the Baltic coast. In the vicinity are the bird park Marlow, Karl`s Erdbeerhof, the Ozeaneum or the marine museum Stralsund. Long and extensive bike tours is nothing in the way, thanks to the well-developed cycle path network. Our holiday home is located in the heart of Franzburg, next door to the monastery garden. Parents can let their little ones play without hesitation and let their soul alone. Now a little administrative, for the house we get on arrival a deposit of Euro 250 .--, our house is designed for 4 people, an extra bed on up to 6 people is possible. For the extra bed we have to charge a fee of 10 euros per day and person. Convince yourself and let the holidays begin. We wish you a nice and relaxing holiday.

Schlüsselübergabe ohne Probleme. Wir sind mit unserer Enkeltochter angereist. Wohnung sauber, Schlafräume nicht abgetrennt. Treppe hoch in die Schlafräume ist eine Herausforderung für ältere Leute nicht zu empfehlen. Problem, es gab keine Schränke nur Kommoden, wir waren auf einer Hochzeit eingeladen und konnte so die Kleidung nur an die Garderobe im Eingangsbereich hängen. Laut vorherigen Bewertungen sollte der Außenbereich nach der Saison 2023 fertig gestellt werden, da ist aber nichts passiert. Es gab nur 2 Stühle einen kleinen Tisch und einen defekten Strandkorb und massenweise Unkraut. Fön, Toaster und Gesellschaftsspiele waren auch nicht vorhanden. Nach Rückfrage beim Vermieter musste ich mir eine Unterstellung anhören. Fazit zu teuer für diesen Preis bekommt man in Prerow oder Zingst die schönsten Wohnungen strandnah. Nie wieder

Sehr ruhige schöne Unterkunft

Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und für unsere Bedürfnisse war alles okay. Besonders toll war der angrenzende abgezäunte Garten, der direkt von der Küche aus begehbar ist. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war sehr nett und kooperativ. Die Schlafräume sind nur durch einen Durchgang getrennt, ideal für zwei Erwachsene und zwei Kinder. Wenn man etwas Privatsphäre benötigt (z.B. zwei Paare), war es doch etwas sehr offen. Zumindest sollte dies in der Beschreibung stehen oder auf Fotos ersichtlich sein. Außerdem gibt es eine ziemlich enge Treppe ohne durchgehenden Handlauf und mit einem offenen Spalt an der Seite, für kleinere Kinder und ältere Menschen etwas heikel. Ansonsten hatten wir ein traumhaftes Silvester mit einer schönen Umgebung für Spaziergänge und nicht übermäßiger Knallerei. Auf jeden Fall erholsam :-)

Schöner, ruhiger Urlaub

Uns hat es dort sehr gut gefallen, besonders schön war, dass gleich der Spielplatz neben uns war. Die Ausflüge waren oft nur 20-40 Minuten entfernt. Im Ort selbst war es sehr ruhig. Die Küche war sehr gut ausgestattet, es war sehr sauber und alles vorhanden, was man braucht, die Treppe ist etwas steil, aber die Kinder haben sich schnell daran gewöhnt. Wir würden es nur schön finden, wenn der Außenbereich noch gestaltet werden würde. Dieser lädt momentan noch nicht zum verweilen ein.

Ein guter Aufenthalt - aber ohne Terrasse

Wie mochte das Haus sehr. Es ist sauber gewesen und insgesamt funktional eingerichtet. Es fehlen aber leider überall Schränke. Auch in der Küche gibt es keine leeren Schubladen, Regale oder Schränke und wir konnten dort so keine Lebensmittel verstauen. Die Terrasse und der Garten sind in einem leicht verfallenen Zustand, die Terrasse ist eher eine Baustelle. Wir konnten sie so leider nicht nutzen.

Es hat alles gepasst. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt. Danke.

Das Haus ist relativ klein,in der Küche fehlt noch das ein oder andere Utensil. Aber das wird sich mit der Zeit sicher alles ergeben. Das Haus wurde neu renoviert. Für 4 Personen fast ein wenig klein,aber man ist ja eh den ganzen Tag unterwegs,daher passt es wieder. Wir waren mit Hund und da muss man sagen das die Umgebung wirklich schön ist zum spazieren. Einkaufen kann man auch gut zu Fuß. Alles im allen war es ein schöner Urlaub und der Vermieter ist sehr nett.

Kleine, neu renovierte Ferienwohnung

Das kleine Reihenhäuschen in der Nähe der Ostsee (Stralsund ca. 15min. mit dem Auto) wurde komplett neu renoviert und eingerichtet. Es sind im Außenbereich noch ein paar kleine Baustellen offen, was uns allerdings nicht gestört hat. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und der Kontakt war super. Wir können die Ferienwohnung absoult empfehlen. Die größe ist für eine kleine Familie absolut ausreichend.
