Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this home for the week. It was very clean and well appointed. The hosts went above and beyond to make the home very warm and welcoming. The amenities, like the hot tub, outdoor patio area, barbecue and front enclosed patio area was beyond expectation. We especially enjoyed the record player. The house came well stocked with bread, eggs, a bottle of wine, beer, Espresso machine and condiments that covered all of our basic needs, We will definitely come back to this home the next time we are in Wisconsin.

This property was a perfect spot for our annual girls retreat. The space was inviting, comfortable, and fun. The hosts were amazingly attentive, checking in on us during our stay, leaving fun little local items to test out (all were amazing), and just creating such a great space for us to unwind and relax. We loved this property and would highly recommend!

This house was the main attraction of our weekend getaway! I’m so happy we selected this eclectic gem for our cozy, family friendly New Year’s Eve! The owners of this house have thought of every detail. It has the best vibes! We enjoyed the old school record player and sound system, hot tub, dome/igloo, comfy beds, and the atmosphere! We didn’t wanna leave!

Awesome house

We had a great stay at this property. The owners are so thoughtful; they did everything they could to make our stay comfortable. Communication was excellent. The house is very cool, inside and out. Our family had a blast and would love to stay here again!

The house is amazing! It has everything you could possibly think of and if we had any questions during our stay, the answer was in the welcome book and/or labeled clearly. The look was funky and eclectic, but it had a spa-like feel (and smell!). There were local wine and snacks when we got there, which was totally unexpected but so awesome. We were in awe the entire weekend and hope to be back!!

Fabulous Home

Beautiful home with so much to offer! We thoroughly enjoyed cooking in the kitchen and then seating in the front porch area. The fire pit and hot tub were a perfect way to end our night. The food recommended in the welcome book were fantastic. Would definitely recommend to anyone staying in the area.

Wonderful Winter Getaway!!

Wonderful 4 day stay

This was our second time staying at this wonderful home within a month as we couldn't wait to return. I can't say enough about Laurel and Alex who have thought of everything and made this property an absolute gem. We plan to stay here anytime we need to be in Appleton which is often as our daughter attends Lawrence University.

We live right next door, which means we’re close by if our guests need anything while still giving them complete privacy. We hope guests feel that SevenTwenty is a place we genuinely love and that they’ll love it too.

Why they chose this property

We fell in love with this part of Appleton because it has the perfect mix of history, character and walkability. SevenTwenty is tucked into a beautiful historic neighborhood just steps from downtown, Pierce Park and the Fox River. We love being able to walk to restaurants, coffee shops, music and everything downtown has to offer while still coming home to a quiet, residential street. It felt like a special place and we knew it was the kind of neighborhood we wanted to share with guests.

We designed it to feel like a true getaway, colorful, comfortable and full of personality, with a mid-century-inspired style, thoughtful details and spaces made for gathering.
