Great first stay at Steve and Lynne’s property. They were friendly hosts and the property was exactly what we needed for our stay. It was cool, quiet, comfortable, and even walkable. We chose to bike around a lot, but we could’ve walked into town (just over a mile). We’d love to come back with our boys next time! Thank you for the great stay.

The Perfect Little Place

A friend and I went to Palisade to enjoy the area and do a wine tasting on Saturday. This was the perfect place for the two of us. Lynne and Steve were very gracious hosts. Would definitely stay there again (in fact, told everyone on our wine tour what a great place it was, gave the info to several people).

Thanks so much, Cindy, for staying with us and for the kind review. We really enjoyed meeting both of you and hope you return in the future (so that we can sit around the fire pit and enjoy some fine Palisade wine : )

Loved the Red Barn Guesthouse

Super clean, well-appointed kitchen, bathroom amenities, and thoughtful welcome basket with snacks and wine. Steve and Lynne were excellent hosts, communicative, and helpful in every way. Beautiful views of the Book Cliffs and peach orchards from the deck, and only five minute drive to downtown. Can’t wait to return!

Perfect place!

This property was perfect for us! So perfect, that we asked to stay one more night and fortunately we were able to do so. Our host was very responsive! Peaceful spot. Spotlessly clean. The deck was amazing! Great wineries all around us. We will definitely book again when in the Grand Junction area!
