The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
• Place all used linens, towels and robes in a pile. • Loading all dirty dishes in dishwasher and run it. Please note butcher block knifes must be washed by hand and not via the dishwasher.
• Place any trash and recycling in the exterior bins located outside the kitchen door.
• Turning off all lights. • Closing and locking all exterior windows and doors.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Please be respectful of the Cottage and treat it as if you would your own home.
There is no smoking of any kind allowed inside the Cottage.
Quiet hours are between 10 pm and 7 am and no guest parties are permitted in the Cottage.

I am a professional artist & gardener. Posh Cottage is was born out of my insatiable desire to create things, deep appreciation of Palisade, Colorado and love of nature.  I also comes from a family history in hospitality and enjoys entertaining.

Why they chose this property

My husband and I, like to call it “The Shangri La of Colorado’s Western Slope.” our property is located on East Orchard Mesa in Palisade, Colorado. It is home base to my company Palisade Posh, and features a large garden, guest cottage, and artist studio. Surrounded by orchards, vineyards and farm lands, our property is a quiet retreat from the hustle and bustle of city life. Prior to our move to the country, we spent 20 years living in Denver, Colorado.

What makes this property unique

As a guest, you have full access to Posh gardens where you can enjoy a farm to table experience, harvesting seasonal fruits, vegetables and flowers. Guests can stroll the gardens, which also offers convient seating through out as well as a designated area for star gazing complete with reclining lounge chairs for maxium constellation viewing.
