Nestled in between peach orchards in beautiful East Orchard Mesa and right across from the Colorado River. Enjoy serenity at this beautiful home in a peaceful setting. Close to over 7 wineries off of the fruit and wine byway and enjoy the drive into quaint downtown Palisade. Pedestrian bridge to a great bike bath to Corn Lake or the Colorado River with an awesome launch for rafts, kayaks and paddle boards! This is a biker’s dream!

My husband and I loved the View House. It was perfect. Heather was a great host. She gave us great recommendations. We loved the hot tub and swing. The house had everything we needed. It smelled so clean when we walked in. We were there for 5 nights. It was nice being able to wash our clothes before we headed to our next stop. We were going to go camping in Palisades the end of April but might cancel and stay at The View House instead The views are amazing. Thanks again Heather and Chuck. We will be back.

Great property in a great location for wine tasting and relaxing. Very quiet and great to view stars at night. Appreciated the A/C already being on when we arrived, and allowed for an early check in. Garage parking a plus, and the hot tub is nice. Recommended!

Location was out of the way of everything, but beautiful. Home was not as clean as I would expect, specifically the bathroom/shower floor had sand in the crevices. The bedroom tv did not work and despite telling the owners and them agreeing to come look at it - they never did. The bed was too firm.
