5 star rated!! Lakefront single story, renovated top to bottom. Looks like a model-home. Great for a large family or weekends on the lake with friends. This house has a pool table, kayaks, stand up paddle, sparkling clean pool, outdoor sitting area, fire pit, lounge chairs…pick your relaxation spot! Cold A/C and plenty of indoor amenities like a smart TV for streaming and a full size washer/dryer. Fully stocked kitchen and propane grill. Location is a quiet residential neighborhood with restaurants, retail within a mile. There is a 2 car garage and a long driveway. Dogs welcome with $100 pet fee. Dogs must remain on a leash outside the gated fence or be crated when left alone. Do not rent this house for a party. Out of respect for our neighbors, anyone who has an unauthorized party, will be evicted immediately and all money forfeited. There are 3 cameras on property. One at the front door, one facing the back patio/pool and one facing the driveway.

I purchased this property as my retirement plan after getting divorced. I have three “adult” sons who are currently in New York and California. Living in Texas affords me the opportunity to be in the middle of all my kids. I want my guests to be treated as I would want to be treated. I personally check the home between each guest to make sure standards are maintained and the house is properly stocked. I ask my guests to make suggestions about what would make the home better. I also live about 30 minutes away should my guests need anything. Integrity is everything to me and anyone who rents my home knows that the home is meticulously cared for and will be as described in the listing or better!
