This cabin was the perfect getaway each day after a 3day work shop I attended. Each day I would look forward to getting back to the cozy cabin to rest up. Very peaceful tucked away in the woods. I am a little sad to be leaving!
We stayed one night for a couple events in the area. The cabin was clean and comfortable, not too far from food and services, quiet dirt road lake area. Our only comment is the spiral staircase is steep for older guests.
A beautiful cottage! Very nice, clean and quiet. Located near many ponds and lakes in the heart of Maine.
We enjoyed the star filled skies by the fire pit and the surrounding nature.
The cabin was lovely. The grass was not mowed so when we walked in the yard we got soaking wet from knees down. Wish they would have mowed the grass.

Thanks so much for your review. Due to the daily rains, we had not been able to mow the grass. If it was that big of a concern - we would have been happy to see what we could have done - i sent multiple messages with cabin information, and there was never a reply with any concerns about the grass.
