The floorplan is open with seating areas and a standalone decorative fireplace. There is also a fully renovated kitchen, sun room and a separate dining room. This house opens onto a beautiful brand new deck adjacent to the driveway on a dead end street and one block from a lovely park with duck pond, playground and bocce court. This home is quiet and private but so close to all that Inman Park has to offer.
