Welcome to Desert Mermaid; A thoughtfully designed private apartment / condo, built to provide you & yours amazing comfort during your visit to the Red Rocks!

A preferred location in West Sedona with easy & free parking that is walking distance to fine restaurants, art galleries, jeep rentals, and grocery stores. Soldier Pass, Sugarloaf, Airport Mesa (hikes) are just a quick 5 minute drive.

West Sedona gives you the best of all worlds: convenience without the hassle of Uptown traffic!

This amazing 1 BR / 1 Bath unit sits adjacent to The Awakening in Sedona; a wonderful and magical gallery and crystal shop where you will find everything you need to balance your chakras and reclaim that natural energy that you've been looking for! The unit has an incredibly comfortable king bed in the guest room and a luxurious sleeper sofa in the living room that pulls out into another queen bed. It has a full kitchen with a patio.

When you book this space the unit is 100% yours and you will have full access to all amenities in the unit during your stay. There is a digital lock on the front door that will contain your personal access code to enter and exit the unit!

We have a wonderful property manager in the local area should you need anything during your stay. Please keep all communication via the message center should you have a request or need while in our care.

There is NO washer and dryer access at this unit but there is a fantastic laundromat less than 5 minutes from the apartment / condo! Let us know if you have any questions and we'll be happy to assist. Dedicated free covered parking is provided.

Perfect location and expertly equipped

This unit served as the perfect spot to rest and relax after long days of hiking the beautiful trails throughout Sedona. It is a quiet spot and we can’t say enough how comfortable that bed is! The patio was a bonus, too. Kitchen had all we needed to cook dinner. The location allowed us to walk to area restaurants for cocktails. Thank you for attending to our needs when we locked ourselves out (twice - ha)!

Great location in West Sedona, but no views with some nearby noise.

The place is nice and comfortable. Bed is firm and sheets are soft. It is a short walking distance to Whole Foods and several local restaurants. The only downside are - no pretty views, the noise coming from the car wash, and the music playing from the Chocola restaurant. The noise wasn’t horrible and is over by 8pm, but I feel it’s important information to know. Actually, the dishwasher in the apartment made a lot more noise.

Susan, thank you for being our guest. I feel as though we do set the expectation of our litte place pretty well. The photos don't show views and we do outline the location in our welcome packet which was maybe missed when reading. I do think that we provided you with a 5 star stay and had we known about the dishwasher we would have addressed it immediately. We can't fix things that we don't know are a problem. Next time I would recommend speaking up and saying something if you're having problems during a future stay. Wishing you all the best.

Cute & clean apartment, great location in western Sedona

Property is clean and functional for 1-2 people, 4 people if you use the pull out couch. Bed is comfortable, TV & kitchen work just fine to suit your needs. Unit number 1 is not located anywhere on the building FYI can make it a little confusing upon arrival. Yes, they send a welcome packet ahead of time, but when your looking for an address, its not there. street number "35" is listed on the top of the parking covering, but you cant see it at night fyi

I do apologize that you had some confusion finding the place however this is not been a huge issue for us based on the fact that there is a number one on the door of the unit itself. If you follow the address and the instructions that we outlined in the packet that we sent to you, it’s pretty easy to find. However, I can see where your confusion came in if you were coming in late at night. Again, we do apologize and as always, always we want to thank you for being our valued guest and we do hope that you’ll come back and stay with us again again soon.
