In this cozy basement apartment you will find yourself right at home. In two of the bedrooms, there is a queen size bed with hotel like bedding and two nightstands, each with a lamp and an alarm clock. We recently added a room with 2 twin beds. In the newly remolded bathroom you will find toiletries and extras for your use. The living room makes a great space to gather or pass a few hours as there is comfortable furniture a few games, toys and books. The kitchen can alson be a great area to gather and enjoy yourself. It is stocked with basics like cooking utensils and spices as well as coffees and teas. In the yard, you will find a table, chairs and a grill. Feel free to relax and unwind out there.

We enjoyed our stay at this property. It was clean, comfortable, spacious, and convenient to everywhere we wanted to go. The hosts were friendly and provided suggestions of gorgeous views that were on the way to one of our destinations. We will definitely stay here again!

We loved the cozy feel of this Apartment, plenty of room and very clean. The host was very sweet and even offered us ponchos as it was set to rain at Red Rocks. We loved the location. Golden is beautiful, it was close to Denver, the Coors Brewery and of course Red Rocks! We will definitely be staying again the next time we visit Denver CO.

Was centrally located to everywhere we needed or wanted to go. The rental had all the amenities we needed including a fully stocked kitchen, washer/dryer, etc. Great fenced yard for pets.

A short vacation

We spent 3 nights here as a base for our Colorado trip. The accommodations were as described and it was very nice having a quiet spot to come back to each night. We spent one day exploring mountain towns of Frisco and Breckenridge and took in a concert at Red Rocks another night. The unit is well appointed with many thoughtful touches as if we were staying in a favorite relatives home.

Really lovely place the hosts did an amazing job with the space highly recommend! Had two teens with us looking at Mines and it was perfect. Not to mention 10 minutes to a concert we went to at Red Rocks :)

Large, clean rental for a visit to Denver area

My husband, son, and I stayed five nights at this clean 3 bedroom rental in Golden. Beds were comfortable. Linens, and kitchen items were plentiful and good quality. Despite the exceedingly hot weather, the basement apartment was relatively cool with fans aplenty in each bedroom. Jennifer was exceedingly accommodating. My husband ended up driving his RV out so that he could camp with his friends after the wedding we were attending. The owners accommodated our change happily. A maintenance issue came up before we even arrived, and Jennifer offered to put us up in a hotel for the night or provide a refund, but it really wasn't a big deal, and we told her not to worry about it. She refunded a night's payment anyway--and also baked us some cookies. We would be happy to stay here again.

Lovely stay, great for kids

This downstairs apartment was clean, adorable and perfect for our family. I appreciated all the kids items (toys, plates, utensils, etc). There was even a small fenced area of the yard for our use. Close to Red Rocks and lots of other great things on Golden. Would highly recommend!

Great Home Location For Exploring The Front Range

Jennifer was an awesome host and her home was the perfect jumping off point for exploring all the front range has to offer. Super close to Red Rocks and an easy drive up to Boulder. Having downtown Golden just down the street is icing on the cake. Highly recommend.

Best rental and host ever!

We spent three nights in Jenny's rental unit this past weekend for shows at Red Rocks. The four of us agreed that nothing was lacking--the rental is cute, updated, nice and cool for relief from the Colorado sun, very clean and comfortable with all the amenities needed for a visit! A quick walk to restaurants, gas stations, Walgreens etc, and just a 10-minute drive to the best concert venue in the world! Communication beforehand was quick and easy, with great information. Everything listed in the property description is accurate and there were zero disappointments. We really could not recommend Jenny and her rental more!!!

Basement bargin?

Acces to area was good. 10 minutes got you to town without many issues. Host Jenifer was pleasant. The airwichs placed in the outlets were very overwelming and offensive. Took a little time to clear out after they were taken out out of outlets. Unfortunately, one of our party had an allergic response to chemical odor, but was ok after 2nd day. Not seeing overall view of area, e found neighborhood in a little disrepair. Lastly, be mindful when renting, you are below a small young family... and overall i felt they were considereate, but foot traffic was noticeable from time to time. They always made sure our parking spot was available, even when they had their 3 yo birthday party!... i if you wanted a more scenic view or experience, you may want to look at other spaces, but, we found this location very serviceable getting to downtown Golden.
