One of the best spots to get those views of the Rocky Mountains while being close to everything you want to do. 10 minute walk to restaurants and bars, 4 minutes to 18 holes of disc golf, 5 minute bike ride to miles of single track and downhill.

All of this located in a quiet, freshly built walkout basement apartment with private deck to see some of the best sunsets in Colorado above Longs Peak.

Like staying in a boutique hotel, but with all the extra amenities including full kitchen (with all the cooking utensils you need), full laundry, independent AC and heat, unlimited hot water and space for 4 people. This apartment has wonderful natural light at almost every time of day, but the bedroom has been outfitted with blackout shades for those who love some real darkness for sleep.

Perfect Erie Stay

The home is a well maintained, well supplied lovely spot to enjoy sweeping views and the Erie Boulder area. I went to celebrare my grandson’s 10th birthday and it was the perfect apot for my visit.

The apartment is set in a safe, clean, suburban location, overlooking The Rocky Mountains. The overall exterior and interior was clean, bright and up to date with well designed kitchen and bathroom. Pull out couch and bed were comfortable. Deck with table and chairs with impressive views of the mountains with access to hard top trails. I feel Dan made every effort plus to provide guest with a comfortable stay.

Amazing stay for a family vacation

We absolutely LOVED this property! It was in the perfect little town of Erie and a great central location to Boulder, Denver, and Estes Park. The home was designed beautifully and we loved relaxing on the porch to watch sunrises and sunsets. Daniel was so responsive and even let us check-in early so that our daughter could take a nap. I would 100% recommend this property to anyone!!

Great Place, Great View, Great Price!

This property was very comfortable, clean, stylish, and easy! We loved the view of the mountains, and the neighborhood and access were exactly what we wanted! Just be aware, it is a basement property; occasionally you hear footsteps above you.

Exquisite Erie Experience

Many times an advertised product will look wonderful on social media and in reality be less than perfect. This is NOT the case with Grandview Hideaway, an exquisite rental apartment discreetly tucked away in Erie, CO. From the initial booking through arrival and stay, everything about this property was top notch. The property is impeccably maintained and very thoughtfully decorated. And you won’t break the bank staying here! The property is located on the lower level of a private home just outside downtown Erie. The first thing you notice when you arrive is the stunning view of the Rockies from the porch (a view that is also available from the living room and bedroom windows). Entering the unit you are greeted with a comfortable, friendly living room (with sleeper sofa) on your right and straight ahead, a full kitchen that has everything you need from silverware to pots and pans and of course appliances (full sized). A basket of snacks is thoughtfully provided by the hosts. There is also a full size washer and dryer in the unit. Off the living room is the bathroom, which is beautifully designed with sink, toilet, and walk-in shower with glass enclosure. Also off the living room is the bedroom with queen bed, dresser, walk-in closet, and sitting area. All towels and linens are provided. Needing a place to stay while visiting our son, who actually lives in the same neighborhood, Grandview Hideaway offered all we needed and more! We will most definitely be back soon! A big thank you to our hosts for making our visit an enjoyable one.

Ideal home base

We thoroughly enjoyed staying in Grandview Hideaway. All the rooms in this lovely apartment were large, comfortable, and clean with a ton of natural light. We also appreciated the complimentary snacks left by our host in our well-appointed kitchen. The view from our front porch was gorgeous, especially the sunsets. This was a great location for accessing Boulder hiking trails in minutes, and heading to explore other parts of the Front Range. There was also a hiking/biking path right outside our door. We look forward to staying here again!

We were in Colorado for a wedding and to visit friends. The unit was spotless and completely furnished with everything that we could possibly need. We were a bit hesitant about staying in a walk-out basement apartment, but this property couldn’t have been better! Beautiful, spotless, picturesque

My husband and I loved staying here! It is seriously the most spotless and thoughtfully appointed VRBO properties I've ever stayed in. The view of the Rockies from the back porch is unbelievable and if you rent a car for your visit, it's simple to get to Boulder and then come back for a quiet, relaxing stay. Would absolutely recommend if you're visiting the Boulder area!

Perfect Apartment

We were in town for a family wedding and this was close to the activities. What a great experience we had. Furniture and bed were very comfortable. The patio was perfect for morning coffee and relaxation. We almost booked a hotel and I’m so glad we didn’t. This was perfect for when we needed to take a break from the wedding activities and just relax. Also, it was very private. Great host and will book again if we visit again and need a good place to stay.

Awesome Experience

My wife and I stayed here for 5 nights and it was the best decision of the trip! The location to the airport and things we wanted to do was so convenient and the town of Erie was adorable! The place was very well kept and gave us a quiet place to recharge after hikes to get ready for the next one. I definitely would recommend this place to anyone as it was excellent! The host was available and very accommodating! We definitely will be back!

What makes this property unique

This apartment is tucked away around the back of the house where you can't even tell it exists from the street. With no neighbors directly behind you get great privacy other than the occasional person walking by on the trail. With no neighbors behind you get fantastic views of the mountains especially at sunset. In the mornings you'll get chances to watch the hot air balloons come over the house is the wind is right and even watch them land in fields nearby.
