Our group of six really enjoyed this home. The rooms were nicely appointed and the beds were very comfortable. They had everything we needed and then some. We also really loved the quaint backyard. There were so many birds, bunnies and chipmunks. The host was wonderful. We left behind an important piece of medical equipment and they promptly called us to let us know. What a great property!

Property was convenient not only to our son, but for getting around to where we wanted to go. House is exceptionally clean, well appointed and we appreciated being able to use the garage. Arvada stay

This property was perfect. Was in the area with my dog for his appt. at a specialty clinic. My son drove in from college to stay over the weekend. Spacious house - very homey. Wonderful/peaceful backyard. The house was very clean and had very comfortable beds and furniture. Neighborhood was very nice and located conveniently for everything we needed. Easy communication with property owner. Will definitely try to stay here when in this area again.

Home was clean and well appointed. Communication with host was excellent. Very prompt replies with any questions or concerns. We were in town to gather with family to memorize my older brother, who passed a few months ago. The only negative regarding our stay was that we were charged an extra 250 for having some other family join us for a few hours one afternoon. That being said, we did appreciate the fact that the host made an exception in letting us have the gathering, which exceeded the number of people allowed in the house.
Had a catered lunch and it was a lovely day so we could be outside.
Display at CO School of Mines commemorating my brother.
I made 10 display boards using pictures and narrative sharing my brother’s story. Everyone enjoyed looking at the photos and reading about his life.

Cindy. Thank you for your kind words about the home and communication. For clarity, our listing has a strict maximum of 8 guests. During your stay there were 17 people at the property, which exceeded the agreed occupancy, so an additional fee was applied. We truly appreciate your understanding and thank you for being such great guests. We wish you and your family peace and comfort.
