Manor house for families / groups - celebrations in the countryside, optionally with sauna

Stylish living in a historic manor house with a spacious garden and mature trees, surrounded by meadows and fields. The manor house has been owned by the family for 150 years and in 2019 was lovingly restored and refurbished, combined with historic furniture and selected individual pieces. It is particularly suitable for large groups or families who want to perform undisturbed team events or family reunions, or just looking for relaxation or exploring the ancient Roman city of Xanten and the surrounding area. 10-18 people can sleep in 5 bedrooms with 3 high quality bathrooms. Bed linen, towels and final cleaning are included in the price.

Description of the meeting rooms:
The spacious kitchen is modern and can accommodate up to 18 people. In addition to the induction cooker and the side-by-side fridge with ice maker, the kitchen has 2 ovens and 2 dishwashers. Here you can develop the desire to cook together. A salon with adjoining library, a piano and antique furniture with a comfortable sofa area offer sufficient retreat. With us you can spend relaxed time together in a stielvoll, spacious atmosphere. In the entrance area, the original floor of Belgian granite, on the upper floor the massive wooden floorboards, antique wall painting and the original shutters and the old cassette doors were preserved.

Description of the bedrooms:
The five tasteful bedrooms are individually equipped. They feature modern double beds and high quality sofa beds. All rooms are equipped with flat screen TVs.

Description of the bathroom:
All bathrooms were lavishly refurbished and have rain shower, sink and toilet. The bath upstairs with a view of 2 km, invites you to relax.

Description of the outdoor area:
The spacious garden with mature trees offers sufficient rest areas. Garden lighting, and a barbecue under the trees invite you to a cozy evening on the terrace.

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt, obwohl das Wetter nicht so toll war - die Unterkunft war umso schöner. Wir hatten 3 Generationen unter einem Dach - genĂŒgend Raum fĂŒr gemeinsames FrĂŒhstĂŒcken, Kochen, Grillen, Trinken und Spielen - und auch sich zwischendurch mal aus dem Weg zu gehen. eine tolle Zeit in wunderbarem Ambiente

Wir hatten als Großfamilie eine wunderbare Zeit. Das Haus war sehr großzĂŒgig, exclusiv und entsprach in vollem Umfang den Beschreibungen. Das Ein- und Auschecken verlief reibungslos. FĂŒr diesen Anlass wĂŒrden wir das Objekt jederzeit wieder buchen. Nur der Erstkontakt mit dem Vermieter war gewöhnungbedĂŒrftig und ein wenig ungewöhnlich. Trotz erfolgter Komplettzahlung wurde wir nach unserem fraglichen Interesse an dem Objekt gefragt, da wir auf eine Mail der Vermieters nicht zeitnah (am gleichen Tag) reagierten. (noch 14 Tage bis zum Reiseantritt). Die weiteren Kontakte jedoch waren konstruktiv und professionell.

GroßzĂŒgige Unterkunft mit besonderer Ausstattung

Unsere Familie mit 7 Erw. und 2 kleinen Kindern (4,5) haben wir 3 Tage im Gutshaus verbracht. Die Lage des Hauses ist ruhig, abseits von ein einer Hauptstraße, nach Xanten sind es mit dem Auto 5 Minuten. Nebenan befindet sich das Landhaus mit eigenem Eingang. Die Ausstattung der Unterkunft ist ĂŒppig, 2 SpĂŒlmaschinen und 2 Backoföfen, wirklich gut. Die Bilder können das Interieur nicht wirklich darstellen, die RĂ€ume sind riesig, die SchlafrĂ€ume auch, so dass es sehr erholsam war fĂŒr alle. Wir hatten kein gutes Wetter, hĂ€tten den Garten natĂŒrlich auch noch gerne genutzt. Sauna und Spa hatten wir nicht gebucht.

Schöne Tage im Landhaus

Mit 8 Erwachsenen und 7 Kindern hatten wir schöne Tage in Xanten. Das Haus ist fĂŒr große Gruppen perfekt eingerichtet. Zimmer und GemeinschaftsrĂ€ume sind gemĂŒtlich gestaltet und der Garten bietet bei schönem Wetter Anreitz zum Verweilen und fĂŒr die Kinder Gelegenheit zum Tollen.

Wunderschönes Ferienhaus

Wir hatten das VergnĂŒgen, einen wundervollen Urlaub in einem Ferienhaus zu verbringen und kann nur Positives darĂŒber berichten. Von Anfang bis Ende waren wir rundum zufrieden und haben uns voll und ganz wohlgefĂŒhlt. Das Ferienhaus selbst war einfach traumhaft. Es war gerĂ€umig, gemĂŒtlich und mit allem ausgestattet, was man fĂŒr einen entspannten Aufenthalt benötigt. Die Einrichtung war stilvoll und es fehlte uns an nichts. Besonders beeindruckt hat uns die Sauberkeit und die liebevolle Gestaltung des Hauses. Es war offensichtlich, dass die Besitzer viel Wert auf Details legen und sich um das Wohlbefinden ihrer GĂ€ste kĂŒmmern. Die Lage des Ferienhauses war ebenfalls perfekt. Es befand sich in einer ruhigen und idyllischen Umgebung, fernab vom Trubel der Stadt. Wir konnten die Natur in vollen ZĂŒgen genießen und uns richtig entspannen. Alles in allem war unser Urlaub in diesem Ferienhaus einfach perfekt. Wir haben uns wie zu Hause gefĂŒhlt und konnten die Zeit in vollen ZĂŒgen genießen. Wir können es nur wĂ€rmstens weiterempfehlen und werden definitiv wiederkommen. Vielen Dank an die Vermieter fĂŒr diese unvergessliche Erfahrung!

Fijn herenhuis met grote tuin.

Alles was in het huis aanwezig. Rustige omgeving en veel te doen in de buurt. Alleen jammer dat je de buren heel goed hoort. De deur in de gang is gekoppeld aan het huis dat er naast wordt verhuurd en er zit weinig isolatie tussen.

Tolles Haus!! Extrem störender nÀchtlicher LÀrm der GÀste aus dem Nachbarhaus

Das Haus ist hervorragend gepflegt und komplett eingerichtet fĂŒr grĂ¶ĂŸere Gesellschaften. Wir waren zum zweiten Mal in diesem tollen Haus. Der diesmalige Aufenthalt war leider sehr getrĂŒbt durch den störenden LĂ€rm der GĂ€ste aus dem Nachbarhaus und der Terrasse jede Nacht bis 05.00 Uhr morgens. Dem Vermieter war dies bekannt, konnte es aber nicht abstellen. FĂŒr die Nachtruhe gibt es keinen Stern!!

Leuk huis op een leuke plek

Over het verblijf is niks op aan te merken, maar de communicatie met de eigenaar. Overal rekent die extra veel geld voor. Over geld uit willen halen. €33 moeten betalen, voor 3 extra hoeslakens. Er was perongeluk iets kapot gegaan. De omkosten waren ongeveer €200 maar krijgen een rekening van €600. Leuk huis en plek maar de eigenaar moet wel overal aan verdienen.

Wunderschönes Gutshaus in einem herrlichen Garten mit altem Baumbestand. Das Objekt ist liebe- und geschmackvoll restauriert, alles ist sehr gepflegt und bei der Ausstattung fehlt es an Nichts. Der Gastgeber ist jederzeit ansprechbar und kĂŒmmert sich bei eventuell auftretenden Problemen wirklich sofort. Sehr zu empfehlen.

Schönes Objekt leider nicht ideal fĂŒr Kleinkinder

Wir haben in dem sehr großzĂŒgigen Haus eine schöne Zeit verbracht. Zur Reisegruppe gehörten auch 4 kleinere Kinder bis 3 Jahre. Hier wĂ€re es toll gewesen, wenn die Steckdosen kindersicher wĂ€ren und im Idealfall auch Hochstuhl, Babybett sowie etwas Plastikgeschirr vor Ort gewesen wĂ€ren. Sonst kann ich es aber sehr empfehlen

Wunderschönes Gutshaus in der Natur

Die Unterkunft war wahnsinnig gut ausgestattet mit allem, was man fĂŒr ein tolles Wochenende unter Freunden oder Familie so gebrauchen könnte. Insgesamt war das Haus großzĂŒgig und geschmackvoll eingerichtet mit einer Außenanlage, die viele Möglichkeiten bietet. In der Umgebung gibt es zusĂ€tzlich zahlreiche Freizeitangebote. Traumhaftes Guthshaus fĂŒr Familienauszeit

Wir waren fĂŒr ein Wochenende mit der ganzen Familie (3 Generationen, 14 Personen und Hund in dem Gutshaus und hatten eine ganz wundervolle Zeit. Das Haus ist wunderschön eingerichtet mit der Liebe zum Detail. Die KĂŒche und der Aufenthaltsraum waren so groß, das alle genĂŒgend Platz gefunden haben. Wir kommen gerne wieder!!

I spent the first 30 years of my life in Xanten. I have huge sympathy with xanten area and still have many friends in the vicinity.

Why they chose this property

The manor house was my parents' house. It is family owned with the adjacent 6th generation homestead. Together with the family we have restored it with love and a sense of historical details. Due to my work we are no longer living in Xanten, but we still enjoy being in the region today.

What makes this property unique

The manor house is located in a quiet location, surrounded by meadows and fields. Harmoniously it blends into the hilly landscape of the Xantener Hees and the Sonsbecker mountain. By bike you can reach the historic old town with its cathedral and the archeological park Xanten in less than 10 minutes (about 3 km).
