The house was a little on the older side but was decorative and updated. The rooms were all good size and having two bathrooms were a bonus. The beds were very comfortable. It was clean and cozy. The pictures were accurate and what we expected. The host was excellent to our personal needs and went above and beyond and was very helpful. The host also responded in a very timely manner. I would highly recommend to stay here.

This was my first time to New Haven/Yale. My son was attending a football camp and this was close to Yale. Location was great and made things easy for my son and I to easily get around. We both had the best sleep we have had in months our first night there. Host was very responsive and also very kind.

This house was great for our family when we came to visit Yale. Three of us, plenty of room. Beds were very comfortable. About 15-20 minutes from Yale campus. Host communicated well throughout the whole process.

It was an awesome place to stay as we went out and explored. If ibwere to recommend anything it would be to gave a guest book and a binder with local attractions including restaurants and menus.

Cozy and convenient.

Close to the Bowl and campus, this had everything we needed. As New Haven hotel prices get out of hand, a place like this was a real find. Check out Pistachio Coffee in Westville nearby!
