The property was amazing. It comfortably fit our family of 12 and we all had a great time exploring the many different nooks and crannies of the property. Nicely decorated with amble space to relax! Will definitely be back again soon.
It felt like our family was living in a historic home but with modern amenities. "The Mill" as the owners refer to it, is a perfect place for a family retreat or holiday. There are multiple places for family members to gather as well as places to sneak off and be alone in a full house. The town is very cute and we were lucky to catch some opening runs at Okemo!
Our family stayed at "the Mill" for a long ski weekend. The house is amazing - it is truly a unique property. Our family has stayed at dozens of Vermont rental homes over the past 2 decades - and this home was our most memorable. There are so many different living spaces and areas to spend time together with friends and family - We found ourselves rotating between couches and fireplace areas to enjoy the different vibes in each room. The master bedroom suite is breathtaking - with amazing views. You can hear the river babbling outside the house while you are eating dinner or relaxing by the fire. We enjoyed every minute spent at the house - and Okemo mountain was less than 20 minutes away for great skiing. We hope to return again !
