Sehr, sehr durchwachsen
Die Inhaberin des Objektes war sehr freundlich, bemüht und entgegenkommend. Aber darüber hinaus war es leider nur sehr mäßig.
Das Haus ist tatsächlich frisch saniert, allerdings leider nur innen und eine Außenseite. Wir sind erst einmal vorbeigefahren, weil die Front genauso verfallen aussah, wie die der umliegenden Häuser und der "traumhafte Fernblick"...naja. Im Haus gibt es keinen Handyempfang (aber Wlan) und lose Fliesen auf der Eingangstreppe.
Drinnen ist tatsächlich alles unlängst saniert, aber man sieht bereits, dass die Vormieter leider nicht pfleglich mit der Immobilie umgegangen sind.
Indiskutabel war die Sauberkeit im ganzen Haus. Bei Anreise sind wir also zuerst dem Dreck in Schlafzimmern, Küche und Bädern zuleibe gerückt. Insbesondere der Herd war komplett mit eingebranntem Fett verschmutzt. Der Spiegelschrank im EG war voller Schlieren von ausgelaufenen Kosmetika. Über der Dusche gab es einen Feuchtigkeitsschaden, der nur halb wieder hergerichtet war und noch während unserer Zeit begann es wieder durchzutropfen.
Das Unangenehmste waren jedoch die Matratzen in dem Zimmer mit dem Holzbett. Nicht nur waren es keine "echten" sondern 10cm-Gäste-Matratzen, sie waren auch noch mit Blut und sonstigen Flecken beschmutzt. Wir haben uns dann vor Ort zwei Billigmatratzen gekauft.
Die Heizung ist völlig ungeeignet (bei Anreise war alles klamm und kalt). Es mussten zusätzliche Heizlüfter aufgestellt werden (im Bad kritisch). Sie liefen ständig und es war dadurch nie leise.

Die Ausführung zum Sanierungszustand der Außenwände kann ich absolut nicht nachvollziehen- das Haus wurde nicht nur von einer Seite saniert und gedämmt, sondern komplett rundherum. Den Sanierungszustand der umliegenden Häuser kann ich natürlich nicht beeinflussen.
Die Matratzen haben wir ausgetauscht- und der Backofen ist nun einmal nicht mehr nagelneu. Dreckig war er jedenfalls nicht und da ihnen sogar der Ausblick- der genau so ist, wie auf den Fotos zu sehen, muss ich annehmen, dass ihnen einfach insgesamt die Örtlichkeit nicht zugesagt hat.
