The house has a fenced large garden, a balcony-terrace on the first floor of the 30 sqm living-dining room, with sea views, another balcony on Ensuit bedroom with sea views, and an east-facing balcony on the 3rd Bedroom, as well as 2 further bedrooms with sea or. Country views. The house has a spacious kitchen, and "game room" on the ground floor, with billiards / table tennis and direct garden access. Barbecue, garden furniture, Wifi free. Between the house and the beach extends a nature reserve, the distance to the beach is about 5-7 minutes walk. Restaurants, shops within walking distance. The house is about 3 minutes drive from Ericeira and one of the best surfing beaches in the world.

Ericeira was declared World Surfing Reserve in 2011, it is still the only one in Europe due to 7 different waves and very close beaches.
But you can also do mountain biking, horseback riding, stand-up paddle (SUP) tours,
