AC usage: To ensure the air conditioning system functions properly during your stay, please avoid setting the temperature below 72 degrees. Setting it too low can cause the coils to freeze, which may lead to a temporary loss of cooling. Keeping the thermostat at a moderate level will help maintain a comfortable environment throughout your visit. HVAC visit due to coil freezing because of setting the temperature too low will be charged to the guest.

- Lock the door AT ALL TIMES. We want you and your things to be safe.
- Do not have more guests than stated in your reservation and no unapproved visitors.
- No Loud music or disturbances, especially noise past 10 pm.
- We do allow up pets for longer stays however please be aware additional fee of $250 may apply. Please let us know ASAP if you are traveling with pets.

If you open it, close it; if you borrow it, return it; if you turn it on, turn it off; if you break it, fix it; if you use it, take care of it; if you make a mess, clean it up; if you move it, put it back.

Community Water Use:
Community hose spigots are for authorized HOA use only. Guests may not use them for watering plants, washing vehicles, or other personal purposes. Personal hoses may not be connected to or stored in common areas.

•Toiletries provided in the bathroom are intended for initial use only. These items are meant to serve as a startup kit to get you settled in upon your arrival. For longer stays or if you require additional supplies, we kindly ask that you make the necessary arrangements to purchase these items as needed.
