This place was beautiful and very clean with alot of rooms for family's. It sit on a big lot making the feeling of a country home. Its only couple of minutes from highway I35 and between Austin and San Marcos. Our family enjoyed this home and are looking forward to for another stay here.

Great place to Stay!

This is a great place to stay. No need to bring any extras for entertaining kids or adults, games, balls, volleyball net, pool table, lots of things to due for all ages.

Nice stay for our family for graduation

We enjoyed our weekend in the Palmer House. Clean and spacious and great space for the whole family to gather. Only knock is it is a little far from Austin city center.

Every year, my family & I travel somewhere new and this year we wanted to experience Austin, San Antonio & surrounding areas - this home was absolutely perfect! Loved the location and the house itself was SO clean! We really appreciated the host’s hospitality and very accommodating for everyone in our group, ranging in age from 3 to 85!

Guy trip lodging

Our trip involved a lot of off-site activities, so we only needed the house for the bedrooms, bathrooms and evening meals. We were more than satisfied with the accomodations. Check-in process was easy, hosts were available when needed, and the location was exactly what we needed.
