Our cozy apartment is centrally located in a quiet residential area on the edge of the South Mountain, in the middle of the natural park "Terra Vita".
A paradise for hikers, nature lovers and cyclists.
In the immediate vicinity are the health resorts Bad Rothenfelde, Bad Laer and Bad Iburg.

The city centers of Osnabrück and Bielefeld can be reached quickly via the motorway or the Northwest Railway. This also includes the Gerry Weber Stadium with its numerous events and concerts (about 20km).

Various shops in town and the factory outlet Rabe Moden are within walking distance (about 1 km) easy to reach.

Eine sehr grosszügig ausgestattete und sehr geräumige FeWo im ersten Stock unterm Dach mit wirklich allem, was man so braucht, haben wir, 2 Erwachsene mit zwei Teenagern, vorgefunden für 6 Tage Aufenthalt. Begrüsst wurden wir von einem sehr freundlichen und netten Vermieterehepaar, die sich sehr um uns bemühten. Besonders die beiden kleinen Einzelzimmer wussten unsere Söhne zu schätzen. Eine sehr liebevoll dekorierte Wohnung nahm uns in Emofang und alles war sehr sauber. Insgesamt sehr empfehlenswert, wir kommen gern wieder. Fam. Meißner

Schöner Kurzurlaub

Wir waren für drei Nächte in der Ferienwohnung.Es war alles super sauber, ordentlich und perfekt eingerichtet. Der Check-In war problemlos und die Vermieter sind sehr nett. Die Wohnung ist schön ruhig zum Entspannen.Wir haben die Nähe zum Zoo Osnabrück genutzt und sind direkt von der Ferienwohnung aus im Wald gewandert. Hier gibt es eine reichliche Auswahl an Wanderwegen.

wunderbare Urlaubszeit

Die Wohnung hat uns sehr sehr gut gefallen . Es war alles Tip Top in Ordnung , geschmackvoll eingerichtet , gemütlich und sehr sauber . Wir haben die Zeit und den Ausblick von dem Balkon aus sehr genossen . Die Wohnung ist in einem super ruhigen Wohngebiet nur 3 Kilometer vom Zentrum Bad Rothenfelde entfernt . Auch die sehenswerten Ortschaften Bad Laer und Bad Iburg liegen gerade mal 8 Kilometer vom Standort entfernt . Herzlichen Dank , das wir ein paar wunderbare Tage in Ihrer wundervollen Ferienwohnung verbringen durften .

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung in ruhiger Umgebung

Diese Ferienwohnung war einfach traumhaft. Wir konnten uns nach interessanten Tagesausflügen dann in schönem Ambiente erholen. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und stehen Fragen zu Ausflugszielen zur Verfügung. Insgesamt gesagt, ist dieses Objekt vollstens zu empfehlen.
