It was certainly made for RV campers but I did ok as a tenter.

We advertise this as 'primitive' camping, with only basic utilities provided. Rvs bring their own, Tent guests have to rough it a little, as we fully described to this guest upon their reservation, well in advance of their stay.
(cold shower with hose, outdoor 'bathroom'.)
(the cold weather probably made this an issue with this guest, though we did offer her alternatives)
Guests can still enjoy approx 1 acre in an oak grove, to themselves.
"attn: Tent guests- running cold water from the well, via hose, electric outlets and primitive waste provided"
(additionally, no murphy bed or any other bed provided- limited choices in must-check vrbo setup boxes)
