60 m² with front garden, lawn and carport in a quiet, sunny location consisting of: Double room with Tyrolean quality furniture through a sliding door separated from the living room with a cozy balcony corner and satellite / TV. Fully equipped kitchen with oven, dishwasher and nice dining area in Tyrolean style. The bathroom is equipped with shower, separate toilet. All living areas are covered with parquet. Also very suitable for guests with slight mobility problems (3 steps)!
Our house is located in a quiet, sunny location. In summer ideal starting point for beautiful hikes or mountain bike tours. In winter directly at the trail or with the ski bus stress-free in the adjacent ski areas. The ideal holiday destination for the whole family. Child reduction on request!
