Mexico Point Farmhouse
The Mexico Point Farmhouse is a perfect getaway just 1 minute from the Mexico Point State Park, Boat Launch and beach. Directly across from the Marina's where almost all of the Lake Ontario fishing charters dock and just a 5 minute drive from multiple state parks with kayaking, fishing, ATV trails hiking and more. Just a short drive from the world famous Salmon River for the Fall Salmon run and with many options for snowmobile trails in winter. Enjoy the outdoors in style!
Entering the Farmhouse through the front door, you walk step into a beautiful living room. Directly in front of you is the downstairs full bathroom and to your right is a cute dining area and modern kitchen with everything you need if you decide to stay at home and cook. At the back of the kitchen is the Laundry area and back door, which we ask you to use when you have been out enjoying the outdoors / fishing etc. There is also a deck for you to sit and enjoy the outdoor space. Moving upstairs, you'll find 3 comfortable bedrooms. 2 with queen beds and 1 with a full. You'll also find an additional bathroom. Careful on the stairs as they are steep!
At the back of the home, there is a nice little deck with a grill. And a cozy firepit in the back yard!
