Licht und Schatten

Grundsätzlich eine sehr schöne Wohnung: - Hohe Decken - 3 Balkone - Sehr gute Geräte verbaut - Sehr schönes Bad mit großer Wanne - Alles schön eingrichtet Was uns nicht gefiel: Kommunikation zum Vermieter war total unpersönlich. Vom Vermieter wurden nicht alle Gästeinformationen bereitgestellt was zur Folge hatte, dass wir die ersten Tage umsonst Parkgebühren gezahlt haben (auf bestimmten Plätzen) wo man mit einer Gäste-Parkkarte umsonst hätte parken können. Erst als wir den Vermieter dazu kontaktiert haben bekamen wir diese Karte. Im Schlafzimmer gab es sehr unangenehme Gerüche die wir trotz dauerhaften Lüftens nicht beseitigen konnten. In den Nächten wurden wir oft geweckt da sich in unmittelbarer Nähe eine Dorfdisko und mehrere Kneipen/Restaurants befinden. Das schlechte Wlan war für uns alle eine Katastrophe. Außerdem blieb während dem Duschen ab und zu der Wasserdruck aus, sodass man schon mal eingeseift ohne Wasser unter der Dusche stehen konnte.

Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt. Entgegenkommende Gastgeber. Tolle große Balkone (die wir wetterbedingt leider nicht nutzen konnten) Die Feuerstelle war nicht zum Betrieb gedacht. Manko: keine

Schönes und gepflegtes Apartment im Herzen vom Stubaital

Die Unterkunft war perfekt für uns als Ausgangslage zum Wandern/Skifahren. Sehr gepflegte Ferienwohnung in Neustift. Wir hätten nicht einmal ein Auto gebraucht, weil im Ort alles zu Fuß erreichbar ist und der Skibus zum Gletscher gleich ums Eck losfährt. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sogar verlängert, was in der Hauptsaison wahrscheinlich nicht so möglich ist. Wir würden die Wohnung auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen. Highlight der Wohnung ist die freistehende Badewanne im Badezimmer. Die Sicht auf die Berge traumhaft schön.
