Nice penthouse near the beach

"Sundeck 36". Our beautiful penthouse in Großenbrode is only about 200 meters from the fine sandy south beach. In a few minutes you reach the long sandy beach and the small promenade, which invites you to stroll and food. Here you will find relaxation, rest and healing in the stimulating climate of the Bay of Lübeck. Notes on additional costs and fees: Electricity / water / heating are included. A tourist tax is payable, you pay locally at our office. Laundry package and firewood can be ordered upon request. 100, - Euro deposit are due in advance. The quiet and friendly, about 55 square meters luxury penthouse is located on the 3rd floor of the house and is easily reached by elevator. It has 2 separate bedrooms, a living room with an open kitchen and a combined dining area. The first bedroom (with box spring bed 180 x 200 cm) is equipped with a TV set with an electric fireplace and thus offers a pleasant comfort even in winter. In the sleeping area (two beds 85 x 200 cm) in the gallery is also an additional TV and a desk available. The sleeping areas are equipped with blackout curtains. Before going to the nearby beach in the morning, start the day with a fresh coffee from the filter coffee or Senseo machine. For fun family games, the Wii game console on a 43 inch TV in the living area. Here you will also find various DVD`s, Blue-Ray's and board games for all ages. Wi-Fi access is also available free of charge. Enjoy luxury in the wild and romantic north of Schleswig-Holstein and discover the tranquility of the sea in our newly built apartment. Relax in our wellness bath with whirlpool. From the sunny balcony you can enjoy unforgettable views over the beach park and partly the sea. You will be one of the first visitors to inaugurate this wonderful apartment. Bright rooms and a tastefully coordinated equipment will make you rave. A particularly nice place to relax. Enjoy the space, the surrounding nature and the tranquility of this place. Beautiful destinations such as the beach, the nature trail and the Fehmarnsund Bridge are easily reached on foot or by bicycle. The apartment is on the 3rd Upstairs and attic.

Toller Aufenthalt in toller Wohnung.

Tolle, sehr liebevoll eingerichtete Ferienwohnung. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Gern wieder 😊 Sauberkeit ist leider nicht so toll, was aber an der Reinigungsfirma liegt und ein bekanntes Problem ist.

Eingecheckt und in der Wohnung angekommen, die nicht gereinigt wurde! Das Wasser war leider eiskalt oder kochend heiss! Hausmeisterservice war am Tag vor unserer Abreise aber da und hat das Wasser neu eingestellt!

Die Wohnung ist sehr gemütlich und hat mir meinen Aufenthalt mit der modernen Ausstattung sehr versüßt. Da ich mein HomeOffice für einige Tage hierher verlegt hatte, war mir der Tresen in der Küche als Stehschreibtisch sehr willkommen. Die Internet-Anbindung war relativ stabil aber leider doch auch langsam (6MBit). Eins meiner Highlights: der Elektrische Kamin im Schlafzimmer. Wer abends im Bett noch gerne liest - es sind auch einige Bücher vor Ort, kann sich damit in wahrlich schöne Stimmung bringen. Medial ist die Wohnung top. Es gibt diverse BluRays (nebst Player) vor Ort, jeder Wohnraum hat einen TV und im Wohnzimmer gibt es sogar eine Wii (Spiele hab ich aber leider keine gefunden). Zu beachten ist, wenn man in der Winterzeit reist, dass nur der Italiener, Grieche und Bäcker an der Promenade geöffnet sind. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind etwas weiter entfernt (je ca 1km) aber nicht unerreichbar und auch im Winter "normal" geöffnet.

Winterurlaub in Großenbrode

Die Wohnung hat eine tolle Aufteilung und ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Sie hat alles, was man braucht. Durch den Fahrstuhl ist die Lage im dritten Stock kein Problem. Nur bis warmes Wasser ankommt, dauerte bei unserem Aufenthalt ne ganze Weile. Ansonsten ist es ein Katzensprung zur sehr schön angelegten Promenade. Haben unseren Urlaub sehr genossen.

Schöne Wohnung!

Die Wohnung war sehr schön und auch von der Abwicklung hat alles super geklappt, alle sehr freundlich und fühlten uns sehr gut betreut! Unsere Wohnung war sehr liebevoll eingerichtet und man fühlte sich nicht fremd sondern direkt heimisch und kann wunderbar auf Balkon oder in der Wohnung seine Abend und Tage verbringen. Da mangelte es an nichts! Einziger Kritikpunkt ist, das die Messer in der Küche mal ausgetauscht werden müssten und im Bad hätte etwas mehr geputzt werden dürfen! Aber das ist jammern auf einem höheren Niveau und natürlich auch immer ein Stück Ansichtssache! Sonst war alles in Ordnung und wir fühlten uns sehr wohl!

Schöne geschmackvolle bis ins Detail eingerichtete Wohnung

Diese Wohnung war wirklich sehr schön. Einen Minuspunkt gibt es für das Bett. Es war sehr weich und die Matratzen rutschten auseinander. Was mir super gut gefallen hat ,war das diese Wohnung eine Waschmaschine im Bad hatte. Zur Sicherheit!!! Falls man mal kleckert. Beruhigend. Die Mitarbeiter von Fewo & Meer sind super nett und waren immer zu erreichen. Ein toller Urlaub in einer super Wohnung!!!
