The quiet and friendly, about 55 square meters luxury penthouse is located on the 3rd floor of the house and is easily reached by elevator. It has 2 separate bedrooms, a living room with an open kitchen and a combined dining area. The first bedroom (with box spring bed 180 x 200 cm) is equipped with a TV set with an electric fireplace and thus offers a pleasant comfort even in winter. In the sleeping area (two beds 85 x 200 cm) in the gallery is also an additional TV and a desk available. The sleeping areas are equipped with blackout curtains. Before going to the nearby beach in the morning, start the day with a fresh coffee from the filter coffee or Senseo machine.
