WILL NEVER BOOK AGAIN
1. Had to contact them before the visit regarding how to access the property, they didn't contact me first. 2. The parking outside the property was horribly muddy, when I spoke to them they blamed Fife Council. There was no way to avoid dirty shoe's which we didn't want to track into the house 3. Electricity! There was a prepayment system which they hadn't bothered topping up before our arrival, despite someone being in the property earlier that day they hadn't checked the balance and taken action. We watched the meter counting down. Read the welcome packs there was no information regarding the Electricity included. Contacted the managers of the property who promised to sort it out. 4. Returned from being out for a couple of hours to find we had no electricity at all. Phoned manager's to raise the issue, claimed money had been added. By pressing buttons randomly on the electricity meter my daughter and I managed to access £10 emergency credit. Manager popped round to assure us that they'd asked the owner to fix this. Horrible remaining time trying not to use any power turning off lights, not using showers etc . It was miserable and stressful and the opposite of the Happy relaxing time we should have had. 5. Contacted the management on my return to express my disappointment in the situation, having paid a lot of money for a miserable experience and a ruined 60th birthday for my sister I asked them to consider compensation - they ignored me WILL NEVER BOOK AGAIN

Beautiful home and great host
We are two couples who came to the area for golf and vacation. The home is beautiful and really updated with such great amenities and a really well stocked kitchen. The host was great with communication on check in. We would have loved to have stayed longer. It’s not close to the popular area of downtown so plan to have a car.

Great accomodation
We had 5 adults staying here for a wedding and the accomodation was absolutey perfect. Very clean, modern interior with plenty of space for everyone and met our needs well. Communication with Nadine was excellent and would happily book again.

Weekend stay
A wonderful house close to St Andrews centre and amenities. The property is modern, in excellent condition and very clean. The owner, Nadine, is an experienced host who goes that extra Mile to welcome her guests. This is our second time of booking one of Nadine’s properties in St Andrews. I would highly recommend a stay at one her homes.
