Light & Airy Downtown Condo
Amazing city view 2 bedroom downtown condo with 2 full bath! This charming condo has original hardwood floors, exposed brick and all the modern updated amenities you love.

Walking distance to restaurants, bars, Aronoff Center, OTR, downtown Cincinnati, Great American Ballpark, and stadiums.

10 min to UC Children's Hospital

Free street parking

This condo is on the 2nd floor so you will have to walk up 1 flight of stairs.

The building still has original windows so please be careful with opening windows and you may hear noises from the street in the living room.

Note: swing is decorative only and has a weight limit of 200 lbs.

Condo Layout:
The entire living area is on 1 floor. Primary bedroom has a KING memory foam mattress with connected bathroom + bathtub! There is a work desk if you need to work from the condo (with very fast WiFi).
Second bedroom has a comfortable Queen memory foam mattress. We provide 100% cotton sheets and towels.
The second bedroom also has a 50" Smart TV.

The kitchen and bathrooms are fully updated with new appliances and cabinets.

Washer and dryer are available in the master bedroom. We also provide Tide Pods for any emergency laundry needs that come up!


Amenities:
We use cotton or linen blend duvets and 100% cotton sheets on all the beds.

bathroom - Charmin, Pantene/Head & Shoulders shampoo and Olay/Dove body wash
kitchen - Dawn, Bounty, Cascade, & Keurig Starbucks k-cups
all sheets washed in Tide

Fast 500Mbps Internet & 55" Smart TV in the living room

City Weekend

Spent a long weekend in the city. The location of the rental was great with easy access to downtown. The street it is on is very steep and parking availability is variable. The rental was clean and bright with a nice view.

Such a cute place! Very clean, extremely comfy beds, good quality linens, and loved how at home and comfortable it was. Very walkable to downtown and OTR. Literally can’t say enough good things about this apartment. The only downside is that it is on a busy street and neighbors can be loud. Definitely bring ear plugs if you’re a light sleeper- which I am and earplugs did the trick. I would 100% stay here again.
