This pristine and expansive home sits on almost 50 acres along the Au Sable River. Enjoy views from every room! Explore the trails throughout the property, especially those overlooking the river. This location is on one of the most beautiful sections of the famous Holy Waters! Enjoy privacy and world class fly fishing, in addition to wildlife galore. Spend time grilling on the wonderfully large back patio for outdoor dining experiences. There are 4 rollaway beds for additional guests. Cell phone "hot spot" is helpful for those needing to work remotely, as high speed wifi is not yet available; coming soon. This place is truly magical!

Great location

Nice house on a great piece of property with prime wade fishing of the Au Sable main branch. No wifi or cable tv, as advertised, so just be aware people with families or trying to work remotely. Caretaker/owner is super responsive and easy to deal with. Enjoy!

Amazing northern Michigan experience

My family and a few friends were able to enjoy Michigan outdoors along the AuSable river. The fish weren’t biting, but we had a great time practicing our casting skills. The “cabin” is huge and is well taken care of. We played cards and enjoyed the beautiful kitchen area. Outside porch area with table and chairs was also very useful space for eating and getting our gear ready to fishOutstanding place for larger group get together!!

We had a lovely stay. We appreciated the privacy, quietness, spaciousness, and direct access to the AuSable River. The estate was very clean and provided everything we needed. Communication with host was excellent.

Wonderful large custom lodge type home on Au Sable. Home and grounds were meticulous and beautiful. Our 8-fly fisherman enjoyed the extra room including the large outside deck with sweeping view of valley and access to river was nearby.I am planning on return trip. I was able to use hot spot for computer as needed but as owner said there is no cable (tv) or internet though I did see old dish network on site. Maybe that will be available next year as my group are sports nuts. :)Host was very friendly/ responsive and resolved couple of issues quickly. Highly recommend

Truly Breath Taking

This house exceeded all of my expectations. We walked the trails, and found our way down to the river. It was so peaceful and the wildlife was fun to watch. The boys loved fishing in the holy waters. I loved drinking my coffee on the porch watching the deer go by. Can’t wait to stay again.
